Each time I went to the dealership to test drive a vehicle, the salespreson that I met was nice at first, but I did not really trust them. That changed when I met David. He explained exactly what the dealership paid for the vehicle, exactly how much the dealership charged on top of that, and he even gave me a complete breakdown of all of the fees and rebates that I received. When I was waiting for my vehicle to come in, he personally called me to let me know the status of the vehicle, and when it arrived he took care of getting everything ready for me to register it out of state. If I had to sum up my experience with David, I would say this. He is a good man in an industry that tends to get a bad reputation. More

It was a great experience. Shipped via a third party that works with Clint. The car arrived with no issues. Only a minor delay in shipment however that is to be expected. I'd say give your self a week buffer just to make sure you don't get your hopes up. If on a tight deadline pay to have it expedited. Once the pricing for the car was available was available, he was up front about the cost from the start so no hidden fees or unexpected charges. Paperwork was all done by overnight mail then the shipping company hauled the car over a few days after the car arrived at the dealership. All the paperwork was in the car and ready to be processed by my DMV. Clint's an enthusiast so he knows the cars and not just a sales guy. She is great to work with and isn't pushy at all, which is a welcome change from most finance managers I have dealt with in the past. If you're getting the car delivered, Mark Way will give you the low down on every finance and extended warranty plans that they offer once your car arrives at the dealership. He'll answer all of your questions, then get your paperwork overnighted for you to sign. You will get a pre-paid overnight envelope to send back to them the next day. When the car arrives to your home, make sure that you get the paperwork from the driver. I assumed the paperwork was in the car. I was wrong. The driver had forgotten to give me my paperwork, so I was unable to drive the car until Mark Way resent my information and temporary tag. Thanks Mark! During the months that I had to wait for my new car, Clint was active in our online community, and kept us informed about every update. Buy the time I got the the dealer to pick up my new STI, Clint had everything ready to go for me. Even at the last moment he got my car in for tinting.
