If you're getting the car delivered, Mark Way will give you the low down on every finance and extended warranty plans that they offer once your car arrives at the dealership. He'll answer all of your questions, then get your paperwork overnighted for you to sign. You will get a pre-paid overnight envelope to send back to them the next day. When the car arrives to your home, make sure that you get the paperwork from the driver. I assumed the paperwork was in the car. I was wrong. The driver had forgotten to give me my paperwork, so I was unable to drive the car until Mark Way resent my information and temporary tag. Thanks Mark! During the months that I had to wait for my new car, Clint was active in our online community, and kept us informed about every update. Buy the time I got the the dealer to pick up my new STI, Clint had everything ready to go for me. Even at the last moment he got my car in for tinting. Overall the experience with Clint and Heuberger's was great. I definitely recommend them. More

I ordered some suspension upgrade parts for my 2012 Subaru Impreza based on suggestions from an online forum (NASIOC). In the first order I forgot to add a couple essential pieces. I sent an email and the parts were added to the order and I was billed correctly. From their reply I learned that the HSP site has a messaging feature built in that allowed me to directly communicate with the parts department instead of hoping an email made it through. The ordered parts arrived as expected but it turns out the forum suggestion was not accurate enough and the ordered parts were not what I needed. The forum did not have the exact part number so I asked HSP and they produced a list of part numbers. I have subsequently ordered the new parts and returned the incorrect parts. We moved recently and it was easy to update our account information. I hate when I can't get good help or get stuck in some awful computer system or get abandoned by a fly-by-night ebay seller. HSP has been very helpful and responsive to my issues and the messaging feature is awesome. On top of that, they have the best prices I've seen and shipping is very reasonable. HSP is at the top of my short list for Subaru parts. More

He arranged a pickup waiting for me at the airport. When I arrived at the dealer, my car was prepped ready to go right up front for me to inspect.
