Our experience at Heuberger Subaru in Colorado Springs was great because our sales person, Herman, was calm and listened carefully to what features we we were looking for in a vehicle. He was courteous and quickly filtered down the list of possible vehicles and explained the main differences between each level. We were impressed to be looking at a potential vehicle within 10 minutes, which also met our budget criteria. He pulled the vehicle out from the lot for a test drive and showed some of the features. There was no pressure into a purchase and we returned to the dealer later in the afternoon to finalize the paperwork; without our two little kids. The paperwork was brief and promptly filled in. Some additional options were explained quickly and clearly. Herman gave us a personal tour and explained all the departments, procedures and service that Heuberger provided. He even took the time to go over all the controls in the vehicle and setup the bluetooth interface with our mobile phone. We have never experienced such wonderful dedication to customer satisfaction at any car dealer before. When I returned to the dealer two days later for the appointment of installing some options, he was happy to see me and verified that everything was completed correctly. Both my wife and I agreed that our sales person, Herman, has very good people and communication skills, and that we enjoyed working with him; an excellent salesperson! The sales person that helped us, Herman Hudson, was extremely helpful in answering all questions we had without being remotely pushy at all. We found exactly the car we were looking for and received a better price than what we had hoped for. The entire process took only two hours from start to finish.
