Buying my Subaru BRZ 2014 from Clint was definitely a hassle-free and great experience. I'm usually very wary of not being able to see my car first before purchasing it, but Clint offered such a great price on the car I couldn't say no. Clint is very responsive to texts, emails, and calls. He would send me pictures of the car, and answered all questions I had about the car and shipping. I thought the process to buy a car out of state would be confusing, but it was actually a lot easier and faster than dealing with my local dealerships. Clint's prices beats any Subaru dealership in CA, and even with shipping the price was very reasonable and below what my local dealerships were offering. Paperwork was sent with Fedex overnight, and after all the paperwork is completed Clint will contact you and let you know the car will be released for shipping! I waited about a week for the car to come to me. Shipping was very professional and the car was not damaged during transport. Overall, I felt like the wait was well worth it. Clint is probably the only sales person that I have not found overtly pushy about me making a purchase, he was patient and informed me about which cars the dealership had in stock and which options the cars had. He did not force me to make a purchase on any vehicle, and worked with me to get a car of my choice. Luckily, the car I wanted was already on the lot so that just made everything much faster and I got my car in no time at all. I would highly recommend working with Clint because he has the best prices and the best customer service! Thanks for making owning a BRZ a reality for me! More

Response from January Brooks with Internet Sales was immediate and there was no negotiating necessary to get their best price for a new Subaru BRZ upfront - including exact accessories desired. David Anthony also was very professioinal in quickly answering a follow-up question on behalf of January. My delivery included the addition of aftermarket wheels and snowtires, which was seamlessly handled by January and the service department, who presented me with a perfectly detailed vehicle on pick-up day. Heuberger's delivery crew also graciously provided transportation to and from the Colorado Springs airport, despite extremely nasty weather conditions. Driver Jerry was very personable and professional, as was Colin, who took me out to get a rental car the previous week. January Brooks was a real pleasure to deal with and extremely thorough; patiently answering my many questions, following-up on final details and spending an extensive amount of time making sure I was familiar with the features/operation of the BRZ. Tom Maddox and Dawn in Finance also were very helpful and clear explaining paperwork and options regarding additional warranty programs. Service manager Steven took time to share important information about optimizing break-in and maintenance as well. Everyone I came into contact with at Heuberger Motors seemed genuinely eager to assist any way they could. Impressive. Love the Subaru BRZ - an exceptional performance value - and will certainly recommend the great team of people at Heuberger to others. More

Both dealers didn't want to negotiate on prices and they were very pushy on getting me to buy their car. I define "PUSHY" as phone calls almost every week from both dealers about the car. I was very very annoyed! Here's my timeline: Oct 11 (Fri): Got Clint's info from a club forum. I contacted Clint; I asked for a quote; he gave me a price; we chatted a little; he gave no pressure; I gave my deposit. We spoke about 10 minutes. Nov 19 (Tue): I got a text from Clint that the car came in. He told me (via text) to do the credit application online from their website. So I did. Took me about 10 minutes. Nov 20 (Wed): Clint contacted me and told me that I made a mistake on my credit application so I had to resubmit. Took me about 10 minutes. Nov 22 (Fri): I spoke with Dawn about my Credit App and that all were approved. We spoke about 25 minutes. She shipped Overnight all the paperwork for me to sign. Nov 23 (Sat): I signed all the paperwork with down payment check and sent it back to Dawn. It took me about 1 hour since I took my time reading and reviewing all the paperwork. Nov 25 (Mon): They got my paperwork Nov 26 - 27 (Tue and Wed): I assumed that all paperwork was finalized Nov 28 (Thur): Thanksgiving Nov 29 (Fri): I assumed Clint scheduled for pickup of the car for delivery Dec 2 (Mon): Clint sent me a text with video that Accelerated Services will be picking up the car for shipping. Dec 5 (Thur): Called Shipping service said that because of their weather (snow and all), it was delayed a little. It took my about 5 minutes Dec 9 (Fri): Got the car delivered Based on my timeline documentation, Clint (and Dawn) were very helpful throughout the process. They always kept my mindset at ease and always reminded me the status of the car. A little note about myself; I work full time and run a business. Time for me is critical and precious. I spent total of 2 hours of headache free buying this car from Clint. The 2 hours included taking my time reading all the paperwork, asked questions (Clint and Dawn were very direct on answering my questions. NO BS, just to the point) and I even made a mistake on my credit application. Buying a car should NOT be painful and hard. Clint and Dawn just showed me that! It was almost like "buying a big candy from a store and shipped to me". I will definitely deal with them again in the future when needed. I don't remember the day I ordered the car, and how long it took (because if i counted the days it would have felt like years) but it wasn't too long! My 2014 WRX WRB hatch showed up in Michigan last night to my pleasant surprise. The trucking company called me last Friday to tell me the car would be in MI on Wednesday (so I took Wednesday off work) but instead I got a call last night (Monday) to say my car was 30 miles away! And now I have Wednesday to enjoy my car! I couldn't be happier about the price, the process, and the car. If you want a WRX (or any Subaru for that matter) work with Clint, there is just no other way to get a car. Clint, don't go anywhere! I will step it up and get an STI one day, and you can rest assured it will be purchased from you! More

Even with the options I wanted I still saved around $2000-$2500. One other Colorado dealer laughed when I told him what I could get one for and said I wouldn't be able to get it for that price anywhere in the state. I expect a lot from people I deal with and I ask a lot of questions. I didn't treat this any less and made a lot of calls and text to Clint. Clint was good about answering all my texts and calls. I was able to add some extra option after the vehicle was ordered as well which I liked being able to do that. It didn't matter what time of day or night I always got a reply back. The dealership experience was great as well. Upon my arrival Clint showed me the car which looked amazing! He had it cleaned, but it was snowing so it was a little frosty. He also presented me with a $50.00 gift card which was a great surprise! I picked up some all weather mats with the card which was great timing with this winter weather. Everyone was very professional at the dealership. The owner was really nice and he made you feel like the customer comes first. To me the little things matter when people take the extra mile. One of those being they expedited putting on tires I brought since the car only came with Summer tires so I could be on my way. I liked that they covered the driver seat with plastic before doing any service. They also bagged the OEM tires. Dawn the finance person was great to work with. The call to go over the options and interest rate was quick and to the point. She listed what they offer but didn't push them. She beat the rate that I had previously found by quite a bit! I told her that was the Dawn I had read about in dealerrater when I was the person reading the reviews! Dawn overnighted the paperwork so my wife and I could sign everything. That way my wife didn't have to miss work and I could just pick up the car and save time. At the dealership Dawn was easy to work with and professional. Since everything was signed it literally took 5 minutes to get done. The experience was great and you will not be disappointed bringing your business to Clint and Dawn at Heuberger. Recently my subaru has been having some issues with its gas mileage and a few other items. After specifically describing some items I wanted them to look at, they came back with replying that they checked gas mileage and a few other items. They had the car for 8 hours and all they checked was the computer codes! This car has had numerous problems with it since buying it and the service department has done very little to correct any of them. I would never buy a car from this dealership again as their service has been terrible. More
