I was looking for a new WRX to replace my 2012 that was involved in an accident. Basically this is the only place anyone should look to when purchasing a Subaru, whatever model it may be. I contacted him and within about five minutes I already had my name on a WRX with my deposit taken. Simple as that, no upselling, no negotiating back and forth, just down to business. You cannot find a better deal than this with this type of customer service. He is quick to respond via phone and/or text. At one point I was adding options to the car VIA TEXT! I live in California and Clint offers shipping at a very reasonable rate, which was a great option for me. Once the vehicle arrived at the dealership, I was put into contact with Dawn in order to finish up all the paperwork. She was very nice and informative. She informed me of all the great warranties they offer with no pressure to buy. No horror stories to scare a customer into purchasing items, just cut and dry. I would recommend contacting these fine folks about purchasing a Subaru. I already recommended a friend to them, he is waiting for the new WRX to arrive in dealerships. Keep up the great work! More

He does not push options, in fact, requests his allocations to be without options so that buyers can choose for themselves. While he offer after-market products like tint/clear-bra, etc, he does not push the customer, unlike many other dealers. Car buying can be a really stressful experience - and it really shouldn't. For many, that pricing encounter with the salesperson sucks the fun and excitement out of getting that new car. But not with Clint - this was the easiest pricing deal I have ever done - Fantastic price right off the bat and No haggle, no tricks, no extra options or hidden charges that appear on the P.O. Here's how it went for me: After reading about the BRZ, first reviews and raves in 2012, I went to my local Subaru dealer where I was told that i could order one, pay up to 5K over MSRP and wait 6 months for the car, no thanks. (the local dealer even suggested that I go to the scion dealer, but I wanted the Subaru and some of those Limited model amenities...) Fast forward to 2013 - i finally was able to go for a test-drive at my local Subaru months later, when, on a chance visit, there was an unsold BRZ on the lot It is a *fantastic* driving car. But, when it came down to buying it, I found that all the local dealers wanted at least MSRP, and even 1K to 2K more for the higher-demand colors (SWP, which I wanted) and were loading up their cars with high-margin option packages. In fact, I found that no dealers in NorCal (maybe even all CA) were moving on price. In reading the various Subaru forums, I learned that more and more California buyers were buying their BRZs from a crazy fellow enthusiast sales guy named Clint at a huge dealership in Colorado, who was not only selling the car below MSRP, he was selling before Invoice, so I thought this was looking into. I was skeptical that buying my car remotely, sight-unseen, and from out-of-state would be worth it after expenses to pick it up or ship it and the hassles of registering it in California as an out-of-state new car. And I was worried about shipping the car, potential damage and recourse. But so many forum members were sharing their experiences and advising on the CA DMV procedures, that it made it easy. I asked Clint for a quote and saw for myself that the rumored great pricing was real and put down my deposit for my car. Best yet, Clint gives a price that is really no-haggle, doesn't load up the cars with options, (In fact he requests that his allocation cars have no options and be in popular colors.), and accommodates requests like no holes drilled in the front bumper. Clint is very responsive throughout the process, gives you his cellphone ph#, will text you, email you, call you back - whatever you want. He will spend whatever time you need to answer all your questions and deal with any requests, options, shipping or aftermarket products he offers, like tinting or clear-bras. For car enthusiasts, Clint is a hero. We should give him a trophy, an award (how about that car forum webmasters?), declare a Subaru BRZ owners holiday, have a booth for him at group-meet events, make a statue of him, name our kids after him, (or at least our cars) and make sure we tell all our friends and others to buy their Subarus from him. Buying through Clint is definitely the way to go, like buying your car on Amazon, and especially for those who know what they want, the car/model/options/packages, AT vs MT, etc... Clint will get your car at probably the best price in the west and maybe in the country, and his selections are better than those at other dealers since his allocations are the largest. I would definitely buy from Clint/Heuberger again, and next time I buy a Subaru I will be back! Thanks Clint! More

The price of the car will definitely be far far better than any local dealer you may try to talk to. Not only that but Clint will treat you courteously and respectfully. Dawn the finance manager was a true pleasure to work with as well. She makes sure you understand all aspects of the contract and that you are aware of all the extra warranties and offers that you have available to you. With that said, she is not excessively pushy and never seemed like she was trying to strong arm me into anything. She understands we all use our cars differently and have different concerns with the longevity of the car. She was also readily available by phone whenever I had any questions. The shipping company they use to transport the cars (if you choose this option) is also very easy to get a hold of if you want to keep track of your car. The driver made sure to give me a call the day before with his expected time of arrival and I saw he took great care while unloading the vehicle. All in all an amazing experience and highly recommended. More

Practically every single review, both on the forums and on this site, was overwhelmingly positive, all of them mentioning prices that can't be beat, great customer service, and a really straightforward process, even for out-of-state buyers. To me, it seemed to good to be true. But it wasn't too good to be true. After contacting Clint for the first time, I was blown away by how great the price he offered on a new 2014 BRZ was, with no haggling or negotiation at all. It took me a couple of days to be sure about my decision, but once I was sure, I put my deposit down, and the process was underway. And what a really straightforward and easy process it was! Clint was very straightforward about what needed to be done, answering all of my questions in a very timely manner, and putting up with my worries and hesitations. Whenever I wasn't sure of anything, all I had to do was email or text him and he'd respond practically right away with the answer I was looking for. Next thing I know, I'm securing the financing with Dawn, who was able to offer me a great deal on financing, even managing to beat the rate that I was preapproved for with my credit union. She was great to work with also, calmly and clearly explaining the whole financing process and fielding the multitude of questions that I had. Filling out the paperwork for the car was pain-free and effortless too, and before I know it, after a couple days of shipping the car, the car was delivered right to my front door. Overall, I still can't quite believe that I am now a BRZ owner, and I still can't quite believe how easy and straightforward the whole process was, thanks to Clint, Dawn, and the rest of Heuberger Motors. To be fair, the main flip side is probably convenience; I would imagine it would have been a lot more convenient to just go to the dealership right by where I live and walk out with a car the same day. However, all things considered, the couple thousand of dollars that I'm saving and the great stress-free and shade-free car-buying experience makes it definitely worth the month-long wait from start to finish. With that said, I would definitely recommended considering Clint at Heuberger Motors for any out-of-state buyers, and I definitely think that the service he provides is definitely worth the overwhelmingly positive feedback that he gets. As a California resident, I struggled with just about every Subrau dealership nearby. I reached out to Clint through a forum due to the incredible amount of positive reviews I was encountering. He guided me through the process immediately. Clint sent me images via txt message as soon as my vehicle had arrived on his lot. Clint answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Dawn gave me a call to finalize the documents and had them shipped to me from Colorado to California OVERNIGHT. I signed the required documents the day of arrival and they were shipped back to Colorado overnight. I had my BRZ shipped to my driveway (literally!) within a couple of days. Both Dawn and Clint were amazing to work with. Not once did I feel pressured or forced into something that I didn't want. Their friendliness and customer service was amazing! My experience was brief, but everything that I wanted. I emailed Clint per his instructions with my desired specs, and he supplied me with an unbelievably low price. I called him and gave him my credit card info for my deposit, and about 6 weeks later, the car showed up to Heuberger. I was able to keep in communication with Clint via email and text, which he was very responsive to despite his numerous customers that he's keeping tabs on. I then spoke to Dawn in finance, who was very nice (and was able to secure an interest rate well below what I found independently) and walked me step by step through the numbers. Throughout the whole process, there was no pressure to buy anything unnecessary at all, unlike other car buying experiences I've had in the past. The paperwork was overnighted to me with a pre-paid overnight envelope to send everything back. My car showed up at my doorstep about a week after I spoke to Dawn. It was a little dirty from the trip, which was to be expected, but it was otherwise in perfect condition. Overall, I cannot imagine an easier and more convenient car buying experience from a nicer group of people.
