Let's be honest, nobody looks forward to purchasing a new car, which is sad. Aside from purchasing a new home, purchasing a car is one of the largest purchases of our lives and it should be a positive and exciting experience. The typical slimy car salesmen we all hate dealing with have ruined what should be one of the most exciting purchases of our lives. Thankfully people like Clint are conforming and giving the modern consumer exactly what they want. We live in a world where we can price check any product in a store with the push of a button on our cell phone to assure we as the consumer are spending our heard earned money wisely. Why should purchasing a car be any different? Why should we put up with a guy at the local dealership that won't give you a straight answer on what the real price of the car is? Just some insight on how my negotiation went: I called Clint, he told me the sticker price of the car, what the invoice price was, then what his actual price is. I was so amazed that the only thing I could really say was sounds good, I'll take it. I have never felt like I got a "good deal" on a car until now. Basically there wasn't any negotiating to do. I got a straight up price, no haggling back and forth, at all; I was truly that impressed with the price and I had done my research enough to know that there's absolutely no possible way I could get a better price anywhere else. This is my second STI and I have been tracking prices for some time now. To be honest, I thought for sure there had to be a catch. I assure you, there is no "catch", no smoke in mirrors, no bs. Two weeks later my STI is delivered to my doorstep (today) and there is nothing but a smile on my face. Now all I have to do is convince my wife to buy a Subaru so I can make another purchase from these wonderful people at Heuberger Motors. More
