This review is for Clint Earhart and Dawn Patterson, both responsible for the best experience I've had buying a car so far. First, I don't know if consciously or not, but this Dealership and Clint underst responsible for the best experience I've had buying a car so far. First, I don't know if consciously or not, but this Dealership and Clint understand what a modern car dealership should be like, and what my generation (29 y/o) wants in terms of buying a car. We know what we want, we probably understand and know more about the car we are about to purchase than any salesperson out there and we also know what we should pay for it. (welcome to the age of internet and communication). The last thing we need is getting our intelligence insulted by some random salesperson that is trying to squeeze every bit of money from you, while at the same time telling you lies and using standard sales phrases. Unfortunately that is still the norm in the auto market. Clint is exactly the opposite of that, and if he represents the policies of his dealership, then it applies to them as well. Second, the price. It's unbeatable for anyone in Texas (yes I looked and researched very well before saying this). Even with shipping it was still far less than the best negotiated price I got from someone here in Texas (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin). Third and I think most importantly, the customer service and overall experience with Clint. For the price they get you, I would've taken a crappy customer service to be honest. That's usually the deal, better prices gets you a crappier experience. This is FAR from being the case. Clint is quite possibly the most outstanding salesperson I've encounter. Not because he is pushy and uses persuasion to try to get you into deals that are not necessarily in your favor. But because he is upfront and gains your trust but doing exactly the opposite than most salespeople do. I don't know if he consciously understands the importance of this or not, but this is the way things work now and will work in the future. His customer service was also outstanding. He answered my emails and texts at freaking 1 AM in the morning and some other texts on his day off. I changed my mind in the middle of buying a car, when I already put the deposit and the deal was made. I wasn't expecting being able to get it changed at that point, neither I was going to mind staying with my first choice, but he understood the importance of getting ME the car I wanted and went above and beyond in trying to make that simple. He texts you pictures of your car when it arrives, sends you a giftcard with your car, updates you every time something new pops up (all the little things that matter), and all that happens AFTER you already made the deal. Meaning, in theory, there shouldn't be any motivation for him to go above and beyond anymore, since he already sold you the car. Yet, he does it anyways. I appreciate that quite a bit. The same applies to Dawn P., the Finance Manager that works with him. Lately, dealing with the "finance guy" has become as horrible as dealing with the salesperson itself in the traditional old-style car dealerships. This is not case here. I was so impressed by her honesty and how easy she made the paperwork portion that I HAVE to review her as well. The call was fast, easy, and at any point during this process I felt that I was pressured or being mislead into some "extra feature". She was straight up outstanding in explaining everything, and while their offers have their merits, she understood that those extra benefits didn't apply to me and she actually told me "that's ok, I wouldn't feel comfortable offering you X, because it wouldn't help you at all considering your specific condition". That's just pure...honesty. Honesty in doing business, and in the car business nonetheless. As conclusion, buying a car is simply about price and trust, period. Everything else the old-style dealerships try to feed you is bullcrap. It's about you paying the fair price and getting the car that you want with the options you want without being mislead (aka being honest). Clint and Dawn represent exactly both of those things, and I don't know if they consciously do this or not, but you guys are doing the right thing and are far ahead of your time. This is what truly gains you loyalty. You might not squeeze every penny of your customers, sure, but I guarantee you anyone that deals with you and wants to buy a Subaru again, will certainly come back for you. As an example, just because the money I saved, and how happy I'm with my experience with Clint, I decided : " what the xxxx, I'm just going to buy a crap ton accessories from them" (see, their dealership ends up making a lot more money anyways by offering a great customer experience and price). If Clint represents the philosophy and service of the rest of this dealership, then I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone. Personally, me and my fiancée were so impressed by the experience that we are both trading up our daily drivers next year for Subarus and will certainly be contacting Clint again. More
I live in Washington DC, so I was a bit hesitant in the beginning to order the Forester 2.0XT Premium from Heurberger mainly because they are based in Colorado! However, from the very first moment I interacted with Nikole Mazich (sales representative), I knew that both the quality of service and price offered were unbeatable. The buying process with Heurberger, and in particular with Nikole, was as smooth as it could ever be. Nikole was highly responsive, honest and friendly, and did not play these sort of games you usually face with other dealers (eg, hidden costs, miscalculations, etc). In terms of pricing, let me tell you that even including the shipping cost from Colorado to Washington DC, the price offered by Heurberger was more competitive than from local dealers. Since I wanted a specific model which was not in stock, I placed an order by mid-July and had to wait for 8 weeks until mid-September. The delivery from Colorado to Washington DC was arranged very easily by Heurberger (they use a third party company). The delivery was very smooth, I took the metro to meet the truck driver at the address indicated and drove back home with my lovely Forester! Thank you Heurberger, and especially Nikole Mazich, for such a smooth buying process. It has been a real pleasure working with you! More

I was very wary about purchasing such a high ticket item via telephone/internet. However I was tired of the nonsense that the dealers in Southern California were offering me. Clint at Heuberger Motors definitely offered the best pricing I have seen, even with shipping costs added on. The price that was quoted was exactly the price given on the purchase order. No tricks, no secret add-ons. What he quotes you is what the price will be. Clint and Dawn at Heuberger Motors made the entire process quite simple, and Clint was particularly great at communication. He went above and beyond by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls in a timely manner. Also, when Dawn contacted me to finalize my order, and to confirm any extra add-on protection packages, she was very polite and was not pushy at all. Some of the protection plans were actually quite tempting. However, I just couldn't get myself to spend more than I already had. But again, there was no pressure, which I greatly appreciated. The paperwork was delivered overnight, and they also included an overnight envelope to return the paperwork at their cost. This was beyond my expectations. As a result, there was very little wait time for my purchase to be completed. Current Status – I Just received vehicle today, and am now waiting for paperwork to be received for registration. Aside from the layer of dust that accumulated during transport, everything was just as expected. Clint & Dawn at Heuberger Motors made the process very easy from beginning to end. I was skeptical about making a major purchase online but the experience was absolutely perfect. Clint does a really great job advertising and marketing on forums and he doesn't disappoint. Dealing with Clint and Dawn at Heuberger has to be one of the easiest car purchases I have ever made. 1) Called them. 2) Got a price quote (which was easily 6-8% lower than what my local dealers were as the easiest car purchases I have ever made. 1) Called them. 2) Got a price quote (which was easily 6-8% lower than what my local dealers were asking for). I hate haggling so this was perfect for me. 3) Did the paperwork (2 business days to take care of the paperwork which was done by mail from 1500 miles away). 4) They shipped the car to me. Other great benefits of dealing with them 1) They did not waste my time with 'I will speak to my manager' shenanigans. 2) They did not try to foist a pre-configured car with options onto me. I was offered the stock model I was interested in. 3) They did not push for extended warranty or other services. 4) They left off any and all dealer branding/stickers as I requested. 5) They beat the financing rate that my bank offered for me. All said and done, I have had fewer issues with ordering a car from half way across the country than I've had ordering lunch at a drive through fast food restaurant. What more can a customer ask for? When I first visited the dealership there was some slight confusion as to which salesperson (or department) should be helping me. Once that was solved I dealt almost exclusively with Clint Kachnowski. He walked me very quickly and professionally through the entire buying process. I told him what I needed, and he made sure I got just that. Clint answered all the questions I had about the process simply and never tried to push me into buying anything. I walked in the door with approved financing, but the finance department was able to quickly and handily beat the rates that I walked in with. The application process was handled at one desk on the showroom. In fact, everything I had to sign or apply for was handled at the same desk. It was a pleasant surprise not to be shuffled between offices and nameless employees to get the various parts of the deal done. While all the paperwork and detailing was being done Clint walked me through all the features and options on my new car. He was called away to handle several tasks, which is when I met several other salesmen on the floor. Both Mark and Dennis took time out to make me feel at home while I was sitting by myself. Everyone of the sales staff I met was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Basically, just about everything went better than I could have expected. When my family or I need a new vehicle this is the dealership I'll return to, every time. More
