I was in the market for a 2013 BRZ, and happened upon Clint Earhart's name on FT86Club.net. Nothing but positive reviews of him there, so I figured I'd send him an email with what I was looking for. Sent him an email on Friday, and he responded on a Saturday saying that they didn't have the color car I was looking for, but that he would check around with other dealers in the area to see if they did. I got a call from him on Monday, telling me that a dealer in the area did have what I was looking for, and about 30 seconds later he gave me a ridiculously low price on the car. No hassle, no haggle, here's the price. I live in NY, and even after shipping, the cost of the vehicle was lower than anything I could find around here. Clint was very responsive the entire time, sent me multiple pictures of the car, and made sure it was taken car of. Much of the same can be said for Dawn Patterson on the finance side. Very pleasant to speak with, didn't try to sell you everything under the sun. Quick and painless. In short, no haggle, no hassle, no aggravation. Pleasant experience through and through. More

We told Herman up front that we weren't ready to purchase for another few months but wanted to try out both the Crosstrek and Forester to help solidify our decision. He was polite, helpful and understanding during both test drives and never once pressured us into making a decision or sitting down and discussing options or anything else. It was simply that we were test driving two vehicles that we were trying to decide between and he let us try them out. We will be coming back to this dealership when it is time to buy my new vehicle. But whether it will be the Forester or the Crosstrek is still up for debate and when it is my time to get my wife's new vehicle (a Crosstrek) I'll be coming back here as well. Quality of Work: Now unfortunately I can't say this went perfect, did they do wrong? Not necessarily. I had asked for my car to NOT be washed and to NOT be filled (since they don't fill new cars, even STi's with at least 91 octane). My car however came washed and with a full tank of gas. Now can I really complain? Yes and no. I asked for it one way, and I got it another. Minor issue, but really they were only doing it in the best interest of a car buyer. I'm probably the only person who'd complain about getting their new car delivered washed and with a full tank of gas haha. Overall Experience: I honestly would have put a 5 had it not boiled down to their finance department. Once the car came in and the numbers finalized, I was called by Dawn Patterson. Things were going well and smooth, but slowly started to go downhill when I told her I wasn't interested in the extended warranty, nor the bumper protection, nor the window/dent package. I understand it's her job to make the dealership money on the backend of a deal, but these just weren't things I was interested. All seemed fine until I told her I would also be financing with my own bank since they were offering me a better rate than she could get me. She then proceeded to tell me how since I wasn't going through their banks, my paperwork would get put to the bottom of the stack and she might not be able to get to it for a few days since she had to take care of people who financed through them first. I wasn't really happy to hear this, but understood to some extent. The next day comes and I call to check on my paperwork. I was told she was busy with another customer so I left a message expecting a call back. I never received that call back but finally by the 3rd day after we finalized the numbers I was able to get ahold of her and she said she will send out my papers to sign that day. I feel that I could have had a quick message or phone call to let me know the status instead of ignoring me for 3 days since I didn't want to use their banks to finance. Price: Their price pretty much can't be beat. I searched around and they beat all my local dealers by a fair margin. Enough to have the car shipped (which they got me a good deal on) down to me and still save money. TLDR: Clint is amazing, best salesperson you can have, I'll be talking to him for my next Subaru. Prices are amazing. Finance department....needs work. More

The staff were very trustworthy and never made me feel like they were trying to cheat me or get more money out of me. I've given the ratings I have because I was told by Mark Way that I would be contacted about financing on Wed 8/7/2013. I waited until Wed 8/13/2013 until I finally emailed him back. It was then that M Mark Way that I would be contacted about financing on Wed 8/7/2013. I waited until Wed 8/13/2013 until I finally emailed him back. It was then that Mark Way informed me that I had been denied my financing and also that the car I wanted was sold on Thursday 8/8/2013. I feel it was very unprofessional of Mark Way to not email me back for a whole week. Also the car I wanted had sold and he hadn't informed me of that either. I cannot recommend Mark Way because of his unprofessionality. If I ever go back to this dealership I will not be working with Mark Way. More
I have had some very bad experiences with car dealers in I have had some very bad experiences with car dealers in the past, so when I made the decision to start looking for a new vehicle, I dreaded the th I have had some very bad experiences with car dealers in the past, so when I made the decision to start looking for a new vehicle, I dreaded the thought of having to enter the "shark tank" again. Most dealers use aggressive selling tactics in an effort to get the most out their buyer. Women are commonly targets for over zealous dealers hoping to take advantage of inexperienced or unprepared buyers. However, my experience with Clint was different. After brief communication through emails and a phone conversation, I set up a time to stop by the dealership. Much to my surprise, Clint was waiting for me at the door, and had already gathered much of the information I needed. After directing me to the coffee shop (yes, coffee shop), Clint appraised my old car. Unfortunately, my previous vehicle had some very serious underlying conditions which decreased its value by quite a bit. Unlike most dealers who tend to say, "take it or leave it," Clint explained in detail what the car was worth, exactly what would have to be done to make the car sellable, and how much they would be selling it for. After a quick discussion, I decided that the estimate was correct. Clint was also able to tell me exactly what the new "Subaru of my dreams" would cost and how I could potentially cut back on costs if I found the price too steep. We went out into the lot, and I was able to see all of the potential choices in real life. Thanks to a huge selection, I found exactly what I was looking for. The price that Clint came up with was actually under my estimate, and even beat the Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds value! Clint was not only extremely knowledgeable, but patient as well. He knew that the product he was selling was a quality product, being sold at the very best price available. There was no need to be pushy or to haggle for the best deal. It was laid out in simple, factual terms for me to see. I was never once asked if wanted to look at something out of my price range. In fact, Clint had already made sure that taxes and all other fees had already been applied. There were no "surprise" increases at the end of our deal. I paid exactly what Clint said I would pay, and not a penny more. My experience with Clint was truly unique. Not only did I get more options and accessories than I thought I would be able to afford, but I also KNEW that I had paid the correct price for them. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience, knowledge and professionalism that I found in Clint Earhart. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, and will plan my future purchases with him and this dealership. More

I cannot remember the name of the woman who helped with financing, but she was also very efficient and helped me to buy various security packages that I think will come in handy.
