Clint was great to work with. Honest and informative. One of a kind and not like any car salesman we have ever worked with. We rate Clint a solid 5 and would recommend to all our friends and family. of a kind and not like any car salesman we have ever worked with. The sales and support staff were superb--very friendly, very helpful, very honest. The facility itself was clean, modern, and inspired confidence--no balloons, no inflatable waving arms or other attention very helpful, very honest. The facility itself was clean, modern, and inspired confidence--no balloons, no inflatable waving arms or other attention-getting gimmicks. I test drove four vehicles, and found the absolutely perfect one for my needs. Price was honest and very fair--even after taxes, the total was still below the Blue Book calculation. I had several small children with me, and the entire staff were patient, friendly, even playful with them, helping to keep them occupied. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to all friends and family. Excellent experience all around. More
Heuberger's teams worked hard to create an overall experience that blows away any expereices I've had from Lexus and Volvo to dealer's in Denver. From the first email with Eric Wass to the final conv experience that blows away any expereices I've had from Lexus and Volvo to dealer's in Denver. From the first email with Eric Wass to the final conversation with Dave Anthony, Mike Wahl and Collin in Sales, I truly felt like my business and experience was significant. There wasn't one moment where I was made to feel like another sale for the month. In fact, it was really the exact opposite. Once we decided on the car and trim, the numbers were presented and it was my decision on what I wanted to do. For the first time, I felt like not only was I getting a great deal but I had to ask myself where's their profit??? I have no doubt it's in there but they earned it "fair and square". I have and will continue to recommend others to Heuberger Motors. Specifically, Eric Wass in Internet Sales and David Anthony on the floor. Your team is setting a new standard, raising the bar and an example of integrity in the car sales business. Thank you. Adam W. Colorado Springs, CO More
The sales team was flexible and willing to work with my needs as a customer. The service department was more than willing to answer my 101 questions about my new vehicle eventhough they were aware I live o needs as a customer. The service department was more than willing to answer my 101 questions about my new vehicle eventhough they were aware I live out of state and I am unable to service my vehicle with them. Even with the price of a plane ticket I saved thousands of dollars by going with Heuberger Motors. Best part, I know I have their friendship and support for life! More

This was my first time buying a Subaru, and was glad I went to Heuberger Motors. Herman was not pushy and knowledgeable about the cars, the service department, and the process. We bought a Subaru Forest went to Heuberger Motors. Herman was not pushy and knowledgeable about the cars, the service department, and the process. We bought a Subaru Forester 2014 and I have been extremely happy with the purchase - the car is incredible, and best in its class with comparable other SUVS - Equinox, CRV, etc. I would definitely recommend going to Herman if you are going to buy a car here - no question. The All Wheel drive in this car is much better than the other supposed AWD that other vehicles makes offer. The only thing that I will note, is that it is important to ask many questions. When we got to the process of deciding whether or not we wanted GAP, MAG5, the warranty, etc., many things were left unexplained as to what exactly was covered under these and how it would affect the cost and financing of the vehicle. We received answers, but only after we asked specifics - how does this affect monthly rate (if you're financing, which most people do), what exactly does it cover, do I get a refund if I cancel it, etc. The agent who walked us through spoke quickly and was polite, however, I was surprised (as most people are) to the additional costs of these extras and what I had pictured in my head as a base number for which monthly payments were to be made. I would recommend discussing that before the date of purchase, if possible, with a representative from Heuberger. Overall, Heuberger is a great place and is apparently the nation's largest Subaru dealer, which is why their pricing is so competitive. I intend on getting my vehicle serviced through Heuberger, as they allow you to watch them as you work on your car (and the free coffee bar doesn't hurt, either.) More
We purchased a new 2013 outback. We came from out of state. Jim Adams had everything ready. He took care of all our needs. The price we paid was below any other dealer I checked into. All the paperwork state. Jim Adams had everything ready. He took care of all our needs. The price we paid was below any other dealer I checked into. All the paperwork was in order. No pressure to add any options. We will definitely come back next time we are in the market. More
Clint gave me the best price on a new Subaru STI and provided a pain free long distance purchase. I found Clint Earhart's Subaru order thread on the Subaru enthusiast site iwsti.com. A long time Suba provided a pain free long distance purchase. I found Clint Earhart's Subaru order thread on the Subaru enthusiast site iwsti.com. A long time Subaru STI fan who finally decided to buy. I had been to all the local dealers, mined the internet for weeks looking for pricing and then calling dealers all over the country looking for what I wanted. I soon realized that I would need to order a new car to get exactly want I wanted. This is how buying a car 1400 miles away breaks down. The order: You call Clint and tell him the exactly the model, trim package, color and accessories you want. Clint gives you the price and the dealer fee. (I had to ask him the price twice because I thought it was a mistake. Seriously) You place a deposit to secure the order. The wait: From order to the car arriving at Heuberger was about ~10 weeks. The STI is built in Japan. Built to order in Japan. Put on a boat and shipped half way around the world. This is more than reasonable and was faster than initial estimates. Clint called and sent pics of my car when it arrived. The financing and paper work: Once the car arrives, Dawn calls to discuss financing and offer typical new car services. Financing, Window tinting, clear bra protection, extended warranty, etc. You can also include shipping if you want to roll everything into your loan. The taxes are state dependent. The title Heuberger's title dept. will call your states DMV and handle accordingly. Once the numbers are finalized all paper work is priority overnight Fed Ex'd to your door. All paper work is highlighted for signature with pre-paid Fed Ex overnight return envelope. Dawn is easy to reach if you have any questions. Sign, seal everything and find your nearest Fed Ex Overnight Drop off. The shipping: The shipping company will call to confirm addresses and give time frames. The estimation was one week once loaded. I asked if the car was insured while on the carrier. They are insured for driver error but not act of nature, hail storms etc. So I would recommend having your insurance squared for the date the car ships. Clint also called to let me know the day the car was loaded for transport, which was a Wed. The following Monday the driver called and said he could drop it off Tuesday morning. He mentioned he was in route to another drop, but didn't realize that drop was only an hour away from me. Once we discussed he offered to drop the car that night. If you are in an area where a car carrier cannot fit, you can meet the truck at the nearest parking lot that can handle it. The driver can also bring it as close as he can and off load the car and drive it to your door. You do an inspection of the car and sign that you've received it. All your paper work copies, temporary tag, window sticker, sold tag are in the glove book. Enjoy your brand new car. The Review: I wanted to provide the above detail for anyone who was anxious purchasing over such a distance and wondering how it’s done, what is involved? etc. For me, it ended up being easier than buying local. I hate haggling with dealers on price and the whole negotiation process. I wasted a few weekends driving all over the area when I first began the new car search. Clint understands Subaru enthusiast buyers. He will not try to sell you a color you don't want because that's what's on the lot, he will not put random upgrades on the car to jack the price, and there are no surprises. I did not have to take a day off work (which cost me money), travel anywhere or wait anywhere. Clint answers and returns calls and texts promptly and keeps you updated on where things are in the process. You get exactly what you want delivered to your door for the best price in the country. Let me give you a quick (or not so quick) synopsis of why dealing with Clint Earhart to get a 2013 BRZ was the BEST experience I have ever had buying a car and why I find it ridiculous to consider dealing wi dealing with Clint Earhart to get a 2013 BRZ was the BEST experience I have ever had buying a car and why I find it ridiculous to consider dealing with anyone else when buying any cars in the future. It started early in 2013. I started searching for a 2013 BRZ. Looking for different colors, options, packages, etc. I found many cars that I loved but all of the dealerships within a 500 mile radius of St. Louis were asking a few hundred over MSRP! Not only could I not find one that was exactly to my liking but they were all very overpriced. When I inquired about why the prices were so high, I was just informed "the demand is high, if you don't want it, someone else will." Very opposite of what I would consider a special purchase like buying a BRZ. This left me quite sour, as I thought that there was very little chance that I could find one at a decent price. However, I joined a national forum name FT86 Club and began to hear stories of customers having great service with a gentlemen named Clint from Heuberger Motors in Colorado Springs. I was intrigued. BUT, this was dealership in Colorado and I was in St. Louis. I thought the dream had died again. I decided to message Clint anyway, to see what kind of deal he could give me. I was skeptical because of the distance from me to the dealership. The price he quoted me was exactly what I had anticipated for a Fair price for a BRZ. Fair may be an understatement, Clint got me a killer deal! After I talked to him on the phone, he provided me with a few different forms of contact (email, phone, text) and said if I needed anything to give him a ring. He was thorough with original offer, the communication about prices for services and taxes was concrete, and he was very easy to work with. He was availible when I had questions after I put in my deposit responding to my texts and calls while on the clock, and sometimes off (I tried to limit the "off hours" texts however my anxiety as the car grew closer to delivery was killing me!). Let me sum it up this way, I have bought multiple cars from local dealers and I have had good experiences. However, this was twice as easy as any of those other purchases. If you have ANY doubt about whether or not Clint will take care of you, any doubt about buying from a dealership half way across the country, or any doubt about anything related to buying a car, call him and see for yourself. I did not regret it and I would highly doubt that you would either! Thank you again, Clint! More
I am totally stoked about my new WRX!!! I just had the most awesome trip to Durango in it. I went the long way that went by Silverton and there is no car out there that could be as fun to drive on those most awesome trip to Durango in it.
