After searching all over for a 2013 BRZ at a price I wanted I found it here at Heuberger with Clint Earhart. He always kept me well informed throughout the entire process and had the knowledge to answer any of my concerns. No doubt if you are planning on buying a subaru, you should give Clint call and see what he can do for you. It was one of best car buying experiences I've had. Honest and straightforward. Clint is the guy that you will be looking for. I was first looking brz in my state, California. I had visited many dealerships, and many of them did not even care about my business. Before I decided to purchase brz from Heuberger, I listened to my friend not to buy any cars out of state which saves me time and hassle. So, I visited local dealerships, and I was hoping to negotiate slightly below MSRP. Yes! I did not hope for the invoice price. They were just dragging my time there just like many other dealerships did. I ended up going home with empty handed because they wanted to charge me above MSRP which I found quite ridiculous. I then contacted Clint for BRZ availability. I did not have to sit hours long at the dealership, just picked my phone and a couple emails. That was that simple and easy. Clint was very easy to work with. He also never put much pressure on me to buy the car. More
I'm from SoCal and the prices for BRZ are ridiculous over here. I found out about Clint on ft86club forums so decided to give him a call. The process of purchasing a BRZ from Clint was plain simple. I called him for a quote, deposited to secure my BRZ the next day then he gave me a call when the car arrived to their dealer and asked me to fill out the credit app. Three days later (because when I did my credit app it was during the end of the week, Thursday), Dawn gave me a call to let me know that I have been approved, asking me for my info again and going over the rate, payment, etc. Dawn FedEx'd all the paperwork I needed to sign and that was it. A week later I got my brand new BRZ delivered to my door, there was no damage on the vehicle and she looked stunning. I never though buying a car out of state is this easy. I definitely would recommend Clint and Dawn to anyone who currently is in the market for a BRZ. I'm a happy customer! =) More
If Clint were not so young, I would have thought he spent the majority of his career at Nordstrom before selling Subarus. For those of you not familiar with this retailer, they are famous for their outstandi the majority of his career at Nordstrom before selling Subarus. For those of you not familiar with this retailer, they are famous for their outstanding customer service. Within an hour of my sending an exploratory email looking for a WRX in World Rally Blue, Clint called me to give me first shot at one due in later in the month. Clint responded to emails usually within hours. He called and kept me in the loop while I was waiting for my car. He sent pictures of my vehicle when it arrived at the dealership and sent a video as it was being loaded for transport to California. He followed up by phone several weeks after the sale to check in and see if everything was okay. I applaud and agree with his philosophy that "customer service does not end with the sale." Buying a car is nerve racking enough...however buying one sight unseen from another state, from a dealership I never visited, from a sales person that I never met... had the potential for disaster. Clint ensured that this concern did not become a reality. Even doing paperwork from 700 miles away simple, quick, and efficient. I wish that I had a need to purchase another vehicle. I would really enjoy re-living my purchase experience again with Clint. My one regret with doing business with Heuberger Motors and Clint is that I'm in California and can't easily meet up with him, shake his hand, and thank him face to face for everything. Bottom line - just buy your next Subaru from Clint "Nordstrom" Earhart. More
We really enjoyed working with both Tommy and Dawn. Both were friendly and professional. Tommy listened to what we wanted/needed in a car and in a price (we were cash buyers), and he exceeded our expectatio were friendly and professional. Because Tommy was able to get us such a great price for our vehicle, we had enough left in our budget to purchase the extended warranty and windshield/dent repair package that Dawn recommended to us. We are very pleased and excited that we were able to purchase a 2014 Forrester with the extended warranty all for under our maximum budget! We will definitely be recommending Heuberger Motors and Tommy Demers to anyone we know looking to purchase a vehicle! More
We purchased a 2009 Honda Pilot in March 2013. Our car buying experience was solid and straight-forward. We actually had a unique issue with our vehicle and discovered that one of the key safety component buying experience was solid and straight-forward. We actually had a unique issue with our vehicle and discovered that one of the key safety components was not functional after our purchase. We contacted Heuberger to see how we could remedy the issue and Chris Kaminsky and Cole Collins both provided superior service in addressing this issue. They took in our car and fixed the safety sensor issue while giving us a loaner vehicle for convenience. It was a tricky issue but I felt that the Heuberger team really delivered and made us feel that they stood behind their cars. I think the true test of a business is in how they handle issues, and I couldn't speak highly enough of Heuberger. More
If you are looking to buy a new Subaru, look no further. Clint and Dawn were great they were both knowledgeable and got back to me in a timely fashion when I had any questions. I purchased a 2013 WRX from Clint Earhart in Colorado Springs. Clint created a very pleasant and easy buying experience. He was extermely knowledgable about Subaru and my WRX specifically. I am from North Dakota and had trouble finding the exact color and model I was looking for. After I found Clint he had no problem finding me exactly what I wanted it and had it on his lot for me in about a month!!! Clint did very well at keeping me informed throughout the ordering and buying process so I was always up to date on the status of my new car. He also used his extensive Subaru knowledge to insure all my questions and concerns were answered promptly and accurately. In conclusion, from my experience Clint is a very passionate and driven individual that truely takes pride in insuring his customers are very satisfied and have all the knowledge they need to insure they get exactly what they wanted from their new car.
