Buying a car from Heuberger through Clint was one of the best experiences I've ever had dealing with dealerships. Being an out of state buyer, I was a little concerned purchasing a car through somebody I best experiences I've ever had dealing with dealerships. However, Clint was not only super informative, extremely nice and easy to work with, he also gave me updates as well as going the extra mile with pictures and videos of the car from when it arrived at Heuberger, to when it was ready to be shipped to my front door. Working with Dawn has also been a very pleasant experience. She was able to beat the rate I was expecting to receive, have the papers at my door the next day after working out the details, and made the financing portion a breeze. Now that I've worked with them during my 2013 BRZ purchase, it's no surprise why Clint and Heuberger Motors come so strongly recommended by carbuyers/customers online. I found Clint on an online forum and decided to send him an email requesting a quote for a BRZ. I got a callback from him within 1-2 minutes with a straightforward quote that no one else (especially in Socal), could or would compete with. But, it wasn't just the price Clint/Heuberger offered that really impressed me, it was the customer service and the attention to detail that convinced me that I had made the right decision in choosing to work with these guys. Timely updates, photos, videos, texts, accommodations, and friendly communications are what makes Clint pleasant to work with. Dawn in finance was easy to work with as well and I can tell that she is meticulous and extremely organized. She overnighted all of the financial/contractual documents with clear instructions/labels. At first I thought it was just a vendor just trying to get your attention, but I called the number anyway to give them a try. It was one of the best decisions I have made! Clint was very professional, yet he made me feel like if i was talking to one of my friends. We talked about getting me into an WRX/STI and right away he gave me a deal that couldn't be beat! I then was transfered to financing with Dawn, and she got me a really good deal on payments that I was comfortable with. I live in LA California and was worried about the shipping. But shipping was fast and cheap! They even delivered it to my job, because I couldn't get the day off to receive it at home. My overall experience with them was AWESOME! Within 20 minutes, I get a call from Clint and he offered me a price that was way below anything the so cal dealers could offer me. Even having to pay to have the car shipped to so cal was still cheaper. I've never purchased a car online before, Clint was always available via phone, text, and email whenever I had a question and he always kept me up to date on status updates. And I didn't even ask him to! The entire process was smooth and trouble free, plus the price of the car cannot be beat! I hate negotiations! The great thing about Clint was I didn't have to haggle at all, his first price was the lowest price!
