My wife wanted a new 2014 Subaru Forester. I visited the two closest Subaru dealers in the Utah County - Salt Lake CIty, Utah, area. One had almost no inventory and the other would not negotiate the price two closest Subaru dealers in the Utah County - Salt Lake CIty, Utah, area. One had almost no inventory and the other would not negotiate the price - sticker or walk. I walked. I got on the internet and searched for the largest volume Subaru dealer in the USA and found Heuberger Motors. They had a huge inventory of 2014 Foresters. I easily found the exact model I wanted. My email response came from Jim Adams. From that point, the transaction was completely painless. Jim got the price I wanted with no hassle or pressure. He arranged to add the few extras I wanted that did not come from the factory. He emailed the sticker for the car I wanted so that I could read all the details and verify the car had the items I wanted. He arranged shipping directly to my home (I am about 550 miles from Colorado Springs). I could hardly drive to Colorado Springs for the price of the shipping Jim arranged. The lease paperwork arrived by overnight FedEx. The return FedEx shipping label was in the papers. Funds transferred electronically. The truck driver called a day in advance to let me know when he would arrive with the vehicle. He arrived on time and quickly unloaded my wife's new Forester. I have purchased a lot of new cars in my life. This time the experience was so simple and easy. No pressure. No hassle. Just performance. Questions answered promptly and accurately. The price I paid was the price quoted (and a very good price, I might add). No gimmicks or last-minute surprises. I highly recommend Heuberger Motors and Jim Adams. My only regret is that I did not buy two cars. It was such a great experience that I want to buy again from Heuberger Motors. More

I was promised a ride to work for me and my carpool partner if I brought in my trade-in vehicle; as such I brought my vehicle along with my carpool partner. Despite asking for a ride to work upon arriv partner if I brought in my trade-in vehicle; as such I brought my vehicle along with my carpool partner. Despite asking for a ride to work upon arrival and two additional times, I never received such. Despite being told numerous times "it won't take long" or "someone from finance will be right with you", I was there for over 3 hours. Despite buying a "Certified" used car, I was sold a car with the fuel light on (I was so pissed I took a photo of it on my cell phone with intentions of posting it on FB), half-empty washer fluid reservoir, and no front license plate mounting bracket. Prior to my visit, my carpool partner said that if I had good experience he'd buy a car there also. He bought his next car within a week from Mike Shaw just down the road from this place and had the best no pressure car buying experience I've ever heard of - bar none. So to recap: Heuberger made a promise it didn't keep; disrespected me, my time and that of my carpool partner; sold me a "Certified" car without the standard legal requirements for operating it in CO, and for which I had to immediately add fuel to and perform basic maintenance on. We quickly began a dialgouge with Jennifer who guided us through the whole process of design, order and delive and options for a new Subaru Outback. She even walked us through the service areas, the parts store and other areas of the dealership so that we would be comfortable moving about facility in the first and following visits. I recently purchased a vehicle from Clint at Heuberger. I had never ordered a car from out of state before and was a little nervous, but Clint made it easy. He was very friendly and straightforward, never pushy. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions (and I had a few!). The price he gave me was simply unbeatable, and he sent me updates via text throughout the entire process. I worked with Dawn for the paperwork portion and she was very friendly. Overall the experience was fantastic and I am very happy with the quality of service I received. If you're in the market for a Subaru you can't go wrong with these guys! More

This was my first time buying a car from Heuberger Motors and it was a very pleasant experience. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles through an internet salesman and will never do it any other way. When I was calling around town to several different dealerships, I remembered that my friend had bought a car from Heuberger, so I gave them a call. Clint Earhart beat my best quote by a few grand and therefore the fact that this dealer was over an hour away was ok by me. Clint was very helpful, friendly, courteous, professional and fun to deal with. If anyone is in the market for a new Subaru, I would definitely recommend Clint. I love my new STI! Thanks Clint! More
