It was a pleasure working with Nick during the somewhat stressful process of buying a new car. He keep everything simple for us by answering all our questions or finding the answers. Last week I purchased a car from Heuberger and the experience was absolutely wonderful. I called Jack and we set up an appointment. He found me exactwhat I was looking for and in my price range. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very personable. We talked about all kinds of thing while we waited for finance to get me all set. Once finance was ready, Buzz sat down with me and went over all the different things. Worst Idea ever to take your car to Heuberger for service. Took my car there for a recall on my air bags. They broke my dash. Then proceeded to tell me. "This work was done by our top notch mechani service. Took my car there for a recall on my air bags. They broke my dash. Then proceeded to tell me. "This work was done by our top notch mechanic 25 years experience we didn't crack your dash" . When they break you car they wont own up to it. They will tell you to call Subaru that is there way of pawning you off. Trust me they don't care about you or making things right. Please steer clear of this place. Please learn from my mistake, take pictures of your car before they take it. Whatever their mechanics will touch take a picture of before. It will be the only proof you have. More
