John was top notch. He spent the whole day listening to us and answering the multitude of questions we had about the Forester and Outback. Chris (Buzz) walked us through every step of financing and answered all of our questions. He was fun to work with, enthusiastic, but (again) never did we feel pushed into any of the "extras" that we ende and answered all of our questions.
