Went in for an A/C recharge and they called me after their multi point inspection. They informed me of my brakes needing to be replaced as well as some other minor filter/bulb replacements. Everything was great except the A/C service. While they did the recharge, their process is not good. Initial drive home was good with cool air. Didn’t drive over the weekend and on Monday, blowing hot again. This means there is a leak somewhere. When asked why I would have another possible leak, Andre replied that they pull down the system, fix the first issue they find, and then just charge it up. They don’t evac the system again because they would have to charge me for that. Uhhh what? Anyone who does hvac for a living, knows that when you pull down a system and detect a leak, you fix the issue and then pull down the system again to make sure there are no other issues. I was told this was their procedure, as if that is an appropriate response. Having established poor practice doesn’t give you an excuse. Don’t hide behind that, fix the procedure. Why was I told about my brakes, filters, and bulb but no option for a second pull down after finding an ac issue? If you aren’t going to do a professional job which would already include ensuring a clean evac, then at least give customers the option to know that and request it. They let me know that I need to replace the condenser, don’t charge me for the info, and give me a discount from a bit over twelve hundred to just under a thousand dollars. Yikes.... I do some research and calling around and find a price in the range of seven hundred to do the same thing. Before a reply of “quality parts” and “quality service”. I’ve just outlined why your service is not. My repairs will happen where that is actually the case. Again, not with this shop. More

Second, the lack of service when we needed to get a missing cargo cover replaced. I also had a complaint about the Heuberger Subaru finance department since I was given incorrect information when I contacted them about canceling the extended warranty. However, we have nothing but praise for Marshall Guffy. He is very honest and provided excellent customer service in helping us to cancel the contract. My husband and I will return to Heuberger Subaru because of employees like him who stand behind the reputation of this dealership! More

I was in search for a new car and had an idea what I wanted, I came across Heuberger which was suggested by my brother and got all my questions answer I was in search for a new car and had an idea what I wanted, I came across Heuberger which was suggested by my brother and got all my questions answered by Andrew Brozek, he was attentive and quick to help us out with my new car! He also delivered my car all the way to Aurora which I greatly appreciate it! I am very happy with my experience at Heuberger and thanks again Andrew! Also want to thank Skylar with finance, it was a different experience due to COVID but it was very pleasant and not stressful at all! More

The only thing that increased my monthly quoted price were warranties and oil changes that I decided to purchase in addition to the car. It was my intention to purchase them before I went there. Very happy with the efficient customer service experience. This is my 3rd Subaru in 5 years because I upgraded the vehicle each time. I love the reliability and all wheel drive. He was wonderful and took the time to explain everything to me in patient and professional manner. Would recommend Andrew B. for online sales and Kolton Rossell for in-person sales. More

Antonio helped my family quickly narrow my choice and our desires to a particular vehicle in stock in minutes. The dealer didn't have our first choice color but it was on the way. Bizarre personal circumstances actually made the second choice ok. We got a fair offer for a trade-in. We closed the sale quickly. Chris from finance put on the sales pitch for the dealer extras but wasn't overly pushy. Solid sale. This was our second vehicle from here, there is very likely to be a third. I'm not loose with 5 stars, they earned them. More
