He went over everything about the vehicle and he was able to answer every question we had. Although we did not purchase the car that night, we did not feel the need to drive anything else. This was not only because the car is phenomenal, it was because he took the time to work with us and our crazy schedule, search vehicles that were inbound see I could get exactly what I wanted, and communicated with us while we were working with USAA for the loan. Excellent customer service When I received the plates for my new Forester I found there was no place to attach the front plate. I called the dealership this morning to get help When I received the plates for my new Forester I found there was no place to attach the front plate. I called the dealership this morning to get help from the person who sold me the car and found out today is his day off. When I explained my problem to the receptionist she transferred me to Rick. He told me to come in and ask for him and he'd take care of it. I did and he attached the front plate in just a couple of minutes. I'd call that excellent customer service and taking ownership of a problem that wasn't even being experienced by one of his customers. Superb. More
