Great New Car Joe was extreamly helpful to us. We were considering a RAV4 (it didn't have a chance after a test drive - just not a Subaru) an Impreza and a CrossTre Joe was extreamly helpful to us. We were considering a RAV4 (it didn't have a chance after a test drive - just not a Subaru) an Impreza and a CrossTrek. We drove both Subarus and talked extensively about each with Joe. He made sure we knew he could help us with either one we decided on. Price was easy and great. My only complaint is that it's too bad doing the paperwork takes so long (this happens at any dealer). Joey Holmberg in the service department hustled me over to buy wipers in the parts department and quickly installed them there in the service area, thus sparing me the time of waiting for a service bay.
