5 Hour Oil Change! I was called to schedule my first oil change after the purchase of my Used 2012 Legacy. I scheduled the appointment at 1030AM and when I arrived I was I was called to schedule my first oil change after the purchase of my Used 2012 Legacy. I scheduled the appointment at 1030AM and when I arrived I was concerned with the line to simply check in- there were 12 cars in front of me. 20 mins later they took my keys and assured me I was not "in line" behind the drive in's because I had an appointment. 4.5 hrs later I was BEGGING for my car back because I had a 1 hr drive home to relieve the nurse who is with my kid during the day. It still took 35 mins to get my car after that! The whole experience was so painful, for a simple oil change, that I took my car to another dealer to have the transmission serviced... Turns out my transmission fluid was completely black and "a couple qts over full". Since I have put less than 10,000 miles on it, it is safe to assume your service department sent it out like that...SO BAD FOR A CVT TRANSMISSION!! I'll be lucky if it lasts as long as the warranty I purchased..... More

Traded in my 2017 Outback for a 2019, and drove the new vehicle home the same day--much to my surprise. Since the salesman who had helped me in 2017 was no longer there, Jim Adams had been in touch via email, and I had an appointment established before I went to the dealership. That saves a lot of time waiting. Since I knew exactly what I wanted, Jim spared me all the upsell bs, and we did a clean, quick deal. Perfect for me. Heuberger is number one in the nation for a reason, and fine sales people such as Jim are one reason that is true. More

After looking at the floor models, we asked to tal My wife and I first went into Heuberger Motors looking to purchase a new Forester at a great price. After looking at the floor models, we asked to talk with a salesperson, and Joe Esker came to offer his help. Joe was friendly and courteous as he answered our questions and set up a test ride for us. His knowledge of the Forester helped us decide exactly what options, accessories and colors we wanted. He gave us a great price without any pressure or coercion to make a quick decision. Joe also promptly answered multiple questions from us in follow-up emails/texts. We ended up ordering a new 2019 Forester with the exact specifications we were looking for. Three weeks later, our car arrived and after a test drive and complete review of all the new technology and features, we took it home. It was a pleasant and fun experience, and we thank Joe for his help in making the process enjoyable. His honesty, humor and openness was a refreshing change from other salespeople at other dealerships that we have had to deal with. It was a five-star experience, plus complementary coffee drinks from their first-class coffee bar to top it off! More

They took in my car to look at a check engine light issue telling me it would be ready the next day (as they had to just fix one small part, that their parts store had that was attached to the store). Get a call back the next day saying the parts store is closed; all the while they knew the parts store would be closed on the weekend, and the holiday. Here's the good part - when they told me it'd be ready the next day and then wouldn't be ready until the next WEEK due to the "holiday" of new year's eve, they would be closed. Their used car's (it was a 2015 WRX with less than 50k miles) are supposed to be certified, but by the time the car had driven 15 minutes to my house from the dealership (without stalling or any issues) the check engine light was on. More

The value for the money and the quality of the Crosstrek changed my mind! My salesperson was very helpful, knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that I had. I did experience one glitch in the process worth nothing. I had was a discrepancy in trade value, I was told initially one value and then it dropped when I went in to buy the car. Outside of that, the experience was seamless. More
