They'll change the oil, but don't go for warranty work! Simply will not do warranty work -- I've had the my 2015 outback in for the same issue since first oil change at 5,000+ miles. After four visits they've always taken my money for the oil change, but never worked not the warranty issue. I am now out of warranty and I can not even get a call back on repair work. We've bought two vehicles from this dealership -- our next one will be from someone else. If you want a dealer that stands behind their product go somewhere else. Update: I have received a message from dealer marketing concerned about the negative review (within 24 hours). However, still no contact from the service department about an appointment or ability to complete a repair (5 days multiple contacts). As a result of this review I have been asked to provide my information a third time this week. I haven’t, suggesting the information is readily available in the service department already. Clearly the quick response I received to a negative online review and no response from the service department demonstrates the dealer is more concerned with marketing and sales than providing service. Will keep the review updated as the dealer responds. More

I would caution anyone doing a trade-in that Heuberger will definitely pay no attention to NADA or BB and you can expect bottom of the barrel for a value. But oh well, it is referred to as elasticity in economics. Sell the car to a third party first. More
Time-wasting manipulators After being contacted through the USAA Auto Buyers Service, we made an appointment for a specific hour, a day ahead of time, stating the exact vehicle After being contacted through the USAA Auto Buyers Service, we made an appointment for a specific hour, a day ahead of time, stating the exact vehicle we wanted, acknowledging a good price and stating we would make a down payment by credit card and finance through USAA. Mr. Shepherd, with whom I made the appointment, wasn't available when we arrived 10 minutes early. He wasn't available more than 20 minutes later. And when we finally found him, he couldn't remember what we wanted. Nearly three hours followed, including a test drive in a vehicle of a color we didn't like, finding one of a color we could accept, filling out a credit application for financing we didn't want, and ultimately, leaving without a car, angry and insulted. The evening culminated nearly an hour after the dealership had closed with Adam Stent, his sleeves rolled up to show his "manly" tattoos, insulting me and stomping back to his office when we refused - somewhat loudly the second time - to sign a borderline fraudulent document stating we would finance the entire vehicle, something we cannot do according to USAA's rules. We drove nearly 150 miles, wasting nearly three hours, plus drive time, at the dealership on a Saturday evening, missing our dinner in the process. We left without a car or the deal we had agreed to. We were insulted several times by Mr. Stent. He should not be allowed to deal with the public. Mr. Shepherd should seriously get his act together. And the junky, overcrowded dealership should figure out how to work within its limitations - of space and time - approach its customers in an honest, straightforward and respectful manner. More

I loved my Legacy and was distraught at losing her. He recommended I speak with Jim Adam's who worked tirelessly with me to find the Forester that fit my needs and requirements. Jim is the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is very friendly and understanding. Vito and Buzz also worked hard to obtain financing that fit within my budget. Overall a very pleasant experience. There was never any pressure from anyone. There was however, sympathy from all at the loss of my beloved Legacy. More
