To be honest, otherwise you will lose your business! I booked the service for changing my 2011 Outback timing belt. While the service person sold my wife another kind of service when she dropped the car I booked the service for changing my 2011 Outback timing belt. While the service person sold my wife another kind of service when she dropped the car (as I had a travel on that day). Finally we were charged over $1400. When I checked with them why selling me another type of service instead of the original agreed one, I was told they can't find my booking record so they suggested the service they think good to me. Actually I do not believe what they say. Their manger: Chris Horton's attitude is also not polite. You have to pay in full even you disagree with what they charged. Otherwise they will not release the car. I have been with this dealer for several years. This time made me feel really disappointed with them. It will be my last time to do business with them. Do not trust this man In February I purchased a 2018 Subaru cross trek and Chris took care of financing it. He offered me LuxCare, and explained that it was for full windsh In February I purchased a 2018 Subaru cross trek and Chris took care of financing it. He offered me LuxCare, and explained that it was for full windshield replacement. Knowing that I’m in colorado, I figured it would be a good idea since weather and debris can be unpredictable here. Several months went by, and we had a hail storm that caused a cracked windshield and 2 very minor dents in the car. Rather than filing an insurance claim for such minuscule damage, I decided to use the luxcare. I took the vehicle into the service department, where several pictures were taken of the windshield to go along with the claim. the next day I received a phone call from the service department and I was notified that luxcare did not cover hail damage to windshield (which is not what I was lead to believe when purchased it). I told them that I wanted to speak with the finance manager, who just so happens to be Chris. While talking to him, he was very rude and defensive. He stated that he shouldn’t have to directly mention that hail damage isn’t covered because it is “common sense”. We argued back and forth and I decided that I was not going to be disrespected by Chris anymore. Along with this review, I am writing to corporate to inform them of the situation, and that I will never be purchasing a Subaru from this location again due to the fact that this Subaru lives up to the stereo typical view of a car sales man and the deceitfulness of them while trying to make a sale. More

But Heuberger had the car I wanted and Damon contacted me about making a deal. I'm glad he did. He got me a solid deal, helped through the entire process, answered his phone if I ever needed him and always reached out if he found an issue during the sale process. I'm not a Subaru guy but I'm shopping Heuberger from now on. Thanks Damon! More
