We worked with salesperson Dave Anthony—incidentally a great guy, easy to work with and knowledgeable. We were looking for a 2018 Subaru Forester, silver exterior, black cloth interior, with a 6-speed manual transmission. Dave brought out a blue model for us to test drive. (Drove like a dream.) He was sure by looking at inventory on the computer that they had the exact car we wanted. When the car was brought out for us from a back lot, we noticed the interior was light gray. Turns out both of the silver 6-speeds had light gray interior. Dave found a solution. First he had $200 knocked off the price. Then, with his own funds, he ordered seat covers in black/dark gray for both the two front seats and the rear seats. To me, that was above and beyond what anyone should expect. The seat covers cost $338. With the dealer discount, we received $538 in discounts for seats that would have worked OK for us. But Heuberger and Dave Anthony didn't want just "OK" for us. They wanted us to be very happy with our purchase. And we are. The car drives great, looks great, and I think we will be enjoying it for a lot of years to come. I have to also say, the complimentary coffee bar is a nice touch. More

He stayed in great contact with us, was not pushy and really guided us through the process. When we came in for the paperwork he had everything, and the car ready! First saw him on a Saturday (the dealerships busiest day!) and his last customer went longer so he introduced me to Robert and we test drove some cars. Robert was great too. The following Saturday (with an appointment) we went back to narrow it down but this time Roberts last appointment went long, so Marshall helped us again. He was friendly and patient as we spoke about my son and mine difference of opinion in vehicles. He even spoke to the grandparents from CA on the phone since they were paying. He’s got quite a sense of humor that made the process enjoyable- had us all laughing. We Found the sport model we finally all agreed on, and reserved it. Everything was taken care of. He even came in on his day off because that was the only day that worked for us to purchase it. Marshall even remembered to take off the dealer sticker that I asked about in an earlier email. I will be going back to purchase our next car at Heuberger and hopefully with Marshall. Do make an appointment if it’s a Saturday. But then be patient if their other customer goes longer. They’ll give you the same care and attention too. More

We worked with Andy Dearing, the internet sales specialist. Andy was so personable, knowledgeable & professional.. He answered all our guestions. We took the truck for a test drive. We previously owned a 2013 F250 diesel Lariat. This used truck was a 2015 with a with a topper. It had 45,000 miles & one owner. Heuberger offered at no charge a 2yr/150,000 mile warranty. We sat down with Andy and worked out a fair price for the truck. We closed the deal that day and returned on 3/19 to finish the paperwork. Such a smooth closing. . We worked with Mr. Busby on the paperwork as it was a cash deal. Andy is the consummate car salesperson. We highly recommend Heuberger Subaru & Motors for your own driving experience..... More
