Buying a car over the phone requires a lot of trust and good communication with your sales representative. Aaron's excellent communications with me gave me great confidence in dealing with Heuberger. Everything from my first email contact with Aaron to the moment I took delivery of the car was coordinated in a way to minimize my stress and make my time at the dealership efficient. At Heuberger staff My husband and I visited a number of Subaru dealerships in the Denver area before coming to Heuberger on the advice of a friend. At Heuberger staff were friendly, courteous, and considerate. No one tried to pressure us into buying - unlike the previous places we visited. At the same, time staff members checked in with us to ensure we were being helped, and to ask if we had any questions. Aaron Jarvis (the gentleman we worked with) could not have been more considerate! He was friendly, professional, and sensitive to the fact that we wanted time to look, ask questions, and go home to think about what we wanted in a new car. Aaron kept in touch with us, answered all questions we had, and when we were ready to buy a car Aaron led us through the process. He had our new car ready for us when we returned to the dealership and was there in person although it was his day off work! Aaron went way above and beyond with the service he gave us!
