At Heuberger staff were friendly, courteous, and considerate. No one tried to pressure us into buying - unlike the previous places we visited. At the same, time staff members checked in with us to ensure we were being helped, and to ask if we had any questions. Aaron Jarvis (the gentleman we worked with) could not have been more considerate! He was friendly, professional, and sensitive to the fact that we wanted time to look, ask questions, and go home to think about what we wanted in a new car. Aaron kept in touch with us, answered all questions we had, and when we were ready to buy a car Aaron led us through the process. He had our new car ready for us when we returned to the dealership and was there in person although it was his day off work! Aaron went way above and beyond with the service he gave us! Used car problem corrected with no hassle I purchased a used car (as is) from Huberger Subaru and the evening of the day I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on. I called Damon Mayfield who was my salesman and explained it to him. I knew they had no legal obligation to make it right but hoped they would. Damon did not hesitate to reassure me that he would take care of me regarding this issue. Damon then went above and beyond to get the vehicle fixed and had it returned my house and parked in my garage for me. This was my first experience with Huberger Subaru But have heard nothing but rave reviews about them and now based on this experience I see why they are the number one dealership. More
