Our neighbor had purchased cars through the Costco program and that is how we got in touch with Heuberger Subaru and Marshall Guffy. Living in Boulder and purchasing a car in Colorado Springs was simple.Marshall is very attentive to details, quick to respond to questions and best of all he didn't pressure us into purchasing ! My husband was very impressed that Marshall was the only person that took the time to listen to his needs regarding a lease and then Marshall made it happen! He is an asset to the dealership. I cannot remember the name of the person that drove our car to Boulder where we signed the papers, but he was super attentive and did a wonderful demo on how to use the car. More

Simple, fast, and a great deal This was the most pain-free car-buying experience I've ever had. I sent an email to Heuberger telling them what car with what options I was interested This was the most pain-free car-buying experience I've ever had. I sent an email to Heuberger telling them what car with what options I was interested in and within a day I had a price quote that was super competitive. I closed the deal with $1000 on a credit card and when the car arrived they delivered it to Alamosa CO, the closest town in CO to me with a rental car location. We met in a parking lot in Alamosa and Heuberger had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. Once we got through that the young man delivering the car showed us how everything worked on the Subaru and then we were done. Easy, fast, great pricing and pain free. I don't know if I'll ever buy a car other than a Subaru after this experience; it's just too good to give up. More

One of the things I like least is how long the process takes to buy a car at a dealership - it didn't bother me as much today because of Andy's speed. He is the perfect combination of knowledgeable and patient - answering all our questions while making us feel comfortable with asking all our questions. Andy is an Army Veteran and it shows in his attention to detail - he worked hard to find us the best fit for what we were looking for and to get us the best deal. He was honest about all our options and never made us feel uncomfortable with any hard sell tactics. Andy is a real pro and you'd be lucky to work with him. More
