This visit was to replace my husband's car, a 1999 Forester. We drove up from Santa Fe, NM ( just over 300 miles one way) so we could work with the great folks at Heuberger. Everyone there is positive, helpful and happy which beats many other car dealerships. They establish a relationship with you as more than just a transaction, they want you to come back. Our sales rep, Jim Adams was excellent and Chris Busby a delight to work with. Rob, a new rep, shadowed us, trying to learn the ins and outs of working for Heuberger, but was friendly and helpful nonetheless. Extra credit: The barista at the coffee bar.
