Both Andy and Ivan made the process easy. There was no pressure by either of them, and when I did decide to buy the car, the paperwork process was very simple. I finished the paperwork in less than 30 minutes. Great attitude from both Andy and Ivan. They will be my first call the next time I'm ready to purchase a car. More

Mark McClenahan has been our sales person both times and he knows how much I DON"T like the car buying process......My husband had visited with him several times and I went to look one afternoon (on a Sunday when there were no employees there) called Mark and told him what I wanted and he took care of it. I was in the dealership for only 3 hours instead of all day. Buzz (nickname) Chris Busby of the finance person was quick yet thorough....made me feel like my time was important. I work until 11:30am and just wanted something in the early afternoon. I went through your online appointment scheduler and see no appointments after 11:15am in the morning? Why would you not offer times in the afternoon? I went out as far as August and nothing. Doesn't make any sense to cram everything in the morning but I have heard that the Service there is very disorganized and am figuring out why on my own. I was able to get an appointment across the street at the Volvo dealership within 2 days and could make an appointment as late as 3 O'clock. More
