He gave me all of the information I needed in order to make my decision. He helped me through the buying process through phone calls and emails in a timely manner. He was the easiest person to deal with through the entire process. When I drove over to Colorado Springs to finalize the deal he was the nicest and most sincere car salesman I have ever interacted with. He was extremely helpful and made sure that I wasn't sitting in some office waiting any longer than needed. He made sure that I had everything I needed and showed me everything I was interested in knowing about my vehicle before I left the lot. He is an extremely personable and knowledgeable young man that I highly recommend. More

He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and let me know every time there was an update. He even sent great pictures of the car once it arrived to the dealer and as it was being loaded onto the auto transport. The entire process was smooth as butter, from the ordering process, to sales, to delivery. No hassles, no pushy sales tactics, no mindgames. It was very refreshing to simply say "Here is exactly what I want", agree on a price, and then make the transaction, with no obstacles in the middle. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a car from Clint, even if you're on the other side of the country! I'm very pleased with the Heuberger team. Clint is a great guy. We had great customer service from the time that we first came to look at the vehicles through the ordering process and finalizing the sale. Jim kept us informed at every step of the way and was very responsive to our questions. We also enjoyed working with Herman, the finance representative--and when is the last time you could say that! Our appreciation and respect to this dealership, and we will highly recommend them to friends. It was well worth the drive from Denver! More
Scam artist My son went in to purchase his first car from the dealership and had thought they found a fantastic deal. The salesman Arbor and finance person were m My son went in to purchase his first car from the dealership and had thought they found a fantastic deal. The salesman Arbor and finance person were making it a point that they work with military because because my son is a Cadet at the Air Force Academy and his father is a combat veteran. They gave them $1,000 to hold the car for 30 days while financing was works out, however when my son went up to get the VIN number for insurance purposes he was told he may need a co-signer. I called them that day which was a Saturday and spoke directly to the sales person to assure him he had a cosigner and that I would be following up on Monday again and case he needed my information. On Monday the sales manager Todd called my son to tell them that they don't take money to hold a car for 30 days on used vehicles and that the salesperson Arbor had messed up. In addition they went ahead and sold the car because his financing didn't go through. When I called after much confusion because nobody ran my credit for a co-signer I was told they were not aware he had a cosigner. Apparently Todd spoke with the sales team and no one was aware of the situation, in the meantime the car was sold. His idea of making things right because they don't do business that way was to try and attempt to get me to co-sign for a brand new car or another car that wasn't anything comprable to the one they sold out from underneath my son. My guess is a had somebody who wanted the car and paI'd a higher price. In the meantime we have to wait up to 14 days to get the $1,000 back. I'm not sure if this is their idea of working with the veterans or making things right but I think all the cadets and Veterans of the area should boycott this Subaru dealership as obviously all they care about is making a quick buck at any expense. More

No pressure. Paperwork was fast. Clint never had any issues keeping me updated or answering any of my questions, even when he was on vacation. Shipping from CO to NJ took an average amount of time which was to be expected, but Clint still thought it wasn't fast enough so he sent me a gift card as a 'sorry'! Overall excellent experience and the STi is ridiculously fun. More
