1st Subaru Working with Karen was a pleasant experience. We told her the purpose of our new car, and she helped us pick out the right one to fit our needs. Care for Customers I am an analyst by nature and Karen "stuck with me" as I looked at different cars and different options and the dealer itself from different angles. I was buying a car during a very busy time for the dealership but you wouldn't have known it because of Karen's focus on helping us get the right car for the newest driver in our family. A Thousand Thank Yous Karen! Heuberger has a great Employee in Dawn Patterson and Customers have someone working in the Finance Department who is professional and personable and a pleasure to work with. (I know that she was working with others in the department so thanks too to all involved!) She was extremely helpful and polite and patient and I really felt like she remembered how it is to be a car buying customer herself. (o: That is amazingly “fresh” and refreshing to find in any sales environment. 110% happy as Dawn was an extremely positive reflection on Heuberger. More

Excellent Service I bring my 2016 Subaru Outback and 2014 XV Crosstrek to Heuberger for service. I have the pre-paid maintenance package so I am never hassled with paym I bring my 2016 Subaru Outback and 2014 XV Crosstrek to Heuberger for service. I have the pre-paid maintenance package so I am never hassled with payment and am in and out quickly. With each oil change that I've had done, you get a car wash ticket to wash your car. This is the best! I love a clean car and I'm glad Subaru helps me keep it clean after an oil change.I likethat they have a dedicated "Subie Lube" which makes my oil changes quicker and without appointment. Yesterday, I was kindly greeted by one of their Service Managers, Cole. He was extremely nice and I would say that it is really great to see management walk their service floor. The coffee cafe is an extra special treat. They have a full coffee bar that is complimentary for customers that are waiting. There is a tranquil pond/fountain in the cafe area. I also discovered a game area for kids to play at while waiting with parents. While waiting, I went and picked up touch up paint for my car. The guys working in the Parts Department were really helpful, nice and even cracked a few jokes. I love the entire service experience at Heuberger! More
