Good customer service After having a new battery and alternator installed, my car's "Check Engine" light came on the very next day. I returned to the Service Dept., rather upset and a bit irritated, but the staff did a great job of getting the problem resolved quickly and correctly (since my car had already been in the shop the day before). I was particularly impressed with the manager, Randy, who handled the situation very promptly and professionally. The car was repaired and ready within the hour making me a happy, satisfied customer. In fact, through this whole ordeal, every employee I encountered was professional, knowledgable, and helpful (Angelo, Evan, the guy who drove me home Thurs. night, Zach, Ric, and Randy). Thank you. Heuberger Service Dept "Rocks" My husband and I noticed a loud screeching coming from the outside of our car. It was concerning enough that we drove straight to Heuberger's Service My husband and I noticed a loud screeching coming from the outside of our car. It was concerning enough that we drove straight to Heuberger's Service Dept. It was late afternoon 7/20/16 and to our delight, Evan and another young man (sorry we did not get his name) took the time to see what the problem was. It turns out there was a small rock that got lodged between the brake disc and rotor that was causing the noise. We were so impressed that they were so willing to jump in and help us out. We are extremely happy with our 2014 Subaru Outback and the service we have received is exceptional. Thank you very much! More
