It sounds like several communication issues occurred between our parts and service departments. This is an issue we can and will address just to make sure one hand is talking to the other for future service customers. Regarding the website accuracy, it would be helpful to our web team if we knew specifically which parts of the site are not accurate. Reviewing our service hours posted, they seem correct so we must assume you are talking about something else?
