Fantastic Buying Experience! After owning four Subaru Outbacks, I knew that I wanted another new Outback. My search began on the internet. Within minutes, I had received emails and calls from several dealerships. I was starting to feel discouraged because I wanted a base 2016 model, but in May, 2016 models were not being produced any more and 2017 models were not out yet. Also, the base models had pretty much all been sold. Canaan was one of the first representatives to contact me by both email and personally. He answered my questions directly and made me realize that I would be able to afford a Premium model, so I decided to drive to Colorado Springs from Denver the following day to see what he had available. In the meantime, I did a lot of research and knew that Canaan's prices couldn't be beat. When I arrived, we went for a leisurely drive where Canaan explained all the features on the car and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured and I learned a lot. After I bought the car, Canaan came out with me to sinc my phone to the audio system and even gave me a charger when my phone was acting up! He followed up to see how I was doing and offered to answer questions and to help me in whatever way he could. I have never had such a god car buying experience: no pressure, best prices, honesty, showing me how everything functioned on the car before and AFTER the sale, and great follow up. It is not often that buying a car can be such a pleasant and positive experience! Great job, Canaan! More

Cannan Currin was our salesman and he was extremely genuine, a gentleman to boot for sure. His approach with us was relaxed, we received no pressure from him at all. After finalizing which car we were going to purchase and negotiating a price Mark Way stepped in and made the out-of-state buying process extremely easy for us. He had all the paperwork ready in a way that was easy to understand and was nice enough to highlight all the areas that needed particular attention. On the tail end of our experience even the truck driver James deserves a mention since he did a great job in scheduling a drop off time for the vehicle. He also walked us through the inspection process, not to mention the delicate way he drove our car off the truck. Truly impressive! I would like to say Thanks to all the people that helped us in our car buying experience, I will surely refer all our family and friends to this dealership. Thanks Again!!! More

After a terrible experience at our local dealership forcing us to lean in to some internet recommendations, I contacted Heuberger. Canaan reached right out. He was very professional and super helpful, managing to get the exact vehicle I wanted at a price that we knew we wouldn't beat anywhere else! We drove almost 10 hours that weekend so that we could pick up our new car. The dealership was beautiful, everyone was very helpful, and the process was pretty simple since our name was already on our car. Then, Dawn was fantastic when it came to financing. She took her time explaining everything to us and we believe we left with a very fair deal. This was the best car-buying experience we have ever had, and we know that we will return for all future cars. We have no doubt about that. Thanks! More

Great Experience Buying A New Subaru Outback This was the easiest car buying experience ever. We were looking at a Subaru Outback 3.6 with Eyesight. There were none that we could find that met our wish list. We were on vacation in Southern California, and I called my local dealer in Las Vegas, who was also very nice and professional, and based on their inbound inventory our only option was to order one. We were at the hotel and I did a search for "largest Subaru dealer' and Kory's name and Heuberger Motors showed up. I sent an email inquiry since they had one that met our expectations inbound. I also told him that we wanted some options installed like the tow hitch and 110 outlet in the back seats. He emailed me back with an amazing price, and I bought the car OVER THE PHONE while standing in line for a ride at a theme park. They sent us some forms, we signed them, financed the car, and had it delivered. They took care of everything. They collected sales tax for my state, and sent all necessary documents to my DMV. DMV called my shortly after the car was delivered, and said come by window 2 and tell us the paperwork is in the dealer file. We were in and out in 10 minutes. This process was crazy easy and we saved over $4k even with shipping. Cannot recommend enough. More
