Set an appointment for late Friday afternoon, drove home with the exact model and color car I wanted Friday evening. Tommy Loewen gave me a tour of the facility, took a test drive with me, showed me features I would never have known about, and entertained me throughout the financing process. I cannot recall an easier, less time consuming car buying experience. The next day I drove my new Outback to Arizona. Up until now, my husband and I were die hard Toyota fans. I suspect that our next car will be another Subaru. More

After a few dealerships who weren't willing to work with us (my husband and I regard cars as more of a passion, which makes us picky), Jamon convinced us to see what Heuberger had to offer. We've gone through six different vehicles in the last five months-- one of the more stressful experiences was actually with an older Subaru. Jamon listened to our concerns about reliability and understood completely that if we didn't fall in love with a car, it would put us back at square one. He was honest and forthcoming throughout the entire experience, but it was his confidence that he would get us on the right track that really sold it for us. Jamon didn't try to get us in whatever he had on the lot; he showed us every model offered and made recommendations based on our interests and budget. When we decided we wanted to lease a 2016 WRX, he found a base model and spent two days working to get our young credit history approved. We walked in hoping to finance a somewhat reliable used vehicle and left this morning with our first brand new car for less than what the other guys wanted for something in our original $10k price range.
