They took our money, then ignored mistakes they made We purchased three Foresters from Heuberger within 4 days. The purchases were to come with free ski passes to Copper Mountain, a corporation offer. To We purchased three Foresters from Heuberger within 4 days. To receive the passes, however, Heuberger was required to submit paerwork we completed in order for the passes to be issued. Heuberger did not submit the paperwork. When we asked our sales rep about the missing passes we were simply told that the promotion was over and no passes would be given to us. Heuberger refused to talk with us and told us only that we were out of luck. We won't buy from them again. More

The car has less than 5 miles on it, the drive was fantastic! Anthony walked us through the trade-in process, purchase, insurance and financing from start to finish. We had other financing prior to our arrival, however Mike in finance got us a better deal! We were not the easiest of buyers, yet Anthony stayed with us, never lost his temper or patience and treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy! Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful and informative. We could not have picked a better place nor a better vehicle for our first new car purchase in over 30 years! All the dealerships in arizona didnt have any neither did california, nevada, new mexico , florida and ect. And i finally ran across heuberger and i saw that they had excatly what i wanted!!! And the plus was it even has stuff that I REALLY REALLY WANTED. But i was willing to sacrafice because i just wanted my car . I called and david o berta was very nice and helpful ans he sent me the info on it & then karen inteoduced her self via email and said whatever i needed to jus let her know. THEY WHERE THE BEST PRICE BY FAR!!! I had both subaru dealers down in AZ to build the exact car that heuberger had and they priced it 5000 more then heuberger!!!!! Karen was very nice and she was not pushy at all . I work in the sales department for penkse so i know how car dealerships should be. Once we agreed om numbers they overnighted the paperwork super super easy and after i overnighted it back on friday.. I got my car delivered on Thursday!! & im IN LOVE!!!! Karen alwaya emailed me right away and my satisfactory was her top priority!!!!! This is a top dealership!!! Thank you so much!!!!!! More
