After test driving and negotiating a fair price, I had the car delivered from the dealership to my home in Denver (for free). After going through the owner's manual, I discovered that my flat tire repair kit was missing. After texting David, he immediately got one ordered and shipped to my place. I first spoke with Karen via e-mail, then met her a few days later at the dealership for a test drive. She let me drive the car on the freeway and up hills, which really gave me a feel for what I was getting into, my previous car struggled with those things. She was nice, polite, respectful and seemed very down to earth. I haven't had that experience with many other car salespersons so these interactions were very nice and laid back. Karen understood what I wanted and found a way to get me there. I am very happy to have had worked with her and am very happy to be in my first Subaru! There is very little that could've been changed to make this experience better and I am happy to have had her as my sales person. I also feel like I got a very fair price for my trade in. My payments on my new car are higher than I wanted to put, but I did opt in for a maintenance package and I understand that it is extra cost. I worked with another person at this dealership last year and was not very happy with my experience, Karen has changed my mind! More

Karen Lovvorn sent "above and beyond" to ensure that we were comfortable with the purchase process. She skillfully (and patiently) led us through the various steps. Karen's super knowledgable about the products/services/cars and she gives you the straight facts minus the drama. I got to admit, buying a car sometimes is not a fun experience with other dealers. Sometimes car dealers try to "nickel and dime" and pressure you to get something you don't want. That was not my experience here...working with Hueberger and Karen was like actually a great experience (like it should be). I like working with Karen so much that we'll defintely work through her in the future for a Subaru for our daughter.
