The price he offered for a new 2016 Subaru Outback was over $1,500 cheaper than from another "Haggle Free Price" dealership in Colorado Springs and their outback was a used 2015 model and had to be shipped from Indiana. Same options too. I would recommend Kory and the Hueburger dealership to family and friends. More

This Dealership GETS-IT! Service and price = sales. Internet sales Kory Biggs no haggle-price sold me right off. Erick Wass (a manager) handled my credit application even though it was not his work load and handed it over to Mark Way (in finance) which called me once he run the numbers. This Dealership even delivered my car to a small town at the border of Colorado so I didn't have to drive to Colorado springs, I'm from New Mexico. I picked the car up the delivery driver (a different Kory) was professional, informative and to the point, he gave us copies of our paper work and we was off driving our new crosstrek in less then 5 minutes. I come from a service oriented career and have bought many new cars over 40-plus years, I have never had a more pleasant new car experience. Horrible Experience, waste of time Bought a car here to be shipped to California. After paying for the car in full. I experienced the following. 1. Unresponsiveness and couldn't ge Bought a car here to be shipped to California. After paying for the car in full. I experienced the following. 1. Unresponsiveness and couldn't get info about shipping details. Called 3 times. 2. Salesperson did not know if the car was shipped or not. How can you not know?...just look outside in the lot. There are only a few 3.6R limited outbacks with eyesight in ice silver. 3. Was notified 1 hour before the car arrived but was told the shipper will call 24 hours prior. 4. Car came with many defects that should of been audited before being shipped.(Car scraped on the left side, uneven spacing from the hood to the body on the let side. Crossbar plastic peeling) 5. Navigation SD card was missing and did not come with the car. 6. Instead of spending the day off, I spent the day worrying. And spent the weekend worrying if the car will ever arrive due to a lack of responses. 7. Dealer agreed to fix the scratches but made me look for a repair shop, I decline as that is not my job or responsibility. What if they did a bad job, more mess on my hands. 8. Dealer said the uneven spacing was within factory tolerances. I asked another dealership and they said it looked like the car was in an accident. 9. Found out Mirror Link is not available for the US Model. 10. Wasted a lot of time, a lot of time. Now looking for a lemon lawyer so I don't have to waste my time going back and forth. Buying a new car should be exciting not painstaking. Asked if they can just do a car swap with another dealership but was told the scratches are too small to do that. Instead they wanted me to go through the pain of finding a repair shop and taking it there and wasting more of my precious time. More
