When Jim was busy with another customer or had a day off, the Internet Sales Director Eric Wass was there to make sure I didn't have to wait to get a question answered. But at the end of the day, it was Jim's knowledge, attention, and willingness to make sure all the details were covered and questions answered that sealed the deal for me. All I can say is WOW! My entire experience was a joy - I love my Subaru, I love my Salesman Jim Adams, and I even love my Finance Guy, Mike Pickett! I highly recommend Heuberger Motors if you are in the market for a Subaru - and an honest, forthright buying experience. More

My experience with Jim Adams was very positive—he was low-key, no pressure and friendly in a natural, non-salesman way. Jim patiently allowed me time to make sure I was choosing the right Outback, went over all aspects of the vehicle manual, and got me up and running with the car's new technology before I left. Everyone I encountered in the dealership was friendly and made me feel comfortable—not a typical car dealership atmosphere! My only reservation: transaction took longer than expected, due to heavy influx of customers. Over all, an easy and pleasant experience. More

We wanted to get the deal transacted swiftly in one day so that we could enjoy the rest of Parents Weekend. Nikki made the whole transaction smooth and pleasant and gave a terrific walk-around to our daughter, focusing on all the safety factors that we as parents would have ourself. And she was so patient and sensitive with me and all my worried-mother questions. Massachusetts makes it very difficult to buy a car out-of-state and register it in Massachusetts and Mark in finance was on the phone with our insurance agent at least a half a dozen times to confirm that we were doing everything by the book. He even brought Courtney -- the title expert in the office -- onto the call to make sure we got it right. I had warned my daughter that we were in for a lengthy, unpleasant day at the dealership because of all my previous car-buying experiences, and when we walked out of Heuberger having successfully transacted our business I had to eat my words. We are so happy with our choice of the Subaru Forester for our daughter and know that Heuberger will take care of her if she runs into any difficulties with her new car. More
Rob Marino is great ! We bought a new 2015 Subaru Forester last year and then recently in July 2015, we bought a used 2001 Subaru Legacy/outback, both through Rob Marino. Just Last month I decided to trade my cross trek in and upgrade to a WRX. Immediately I called Jim, and Jim was on vacation, but that did not matter. From Yellowstone park Jim ordered my WRX and sure enough a few weeks later it arrived and I received the same easy purchasing experience I received two years before. I love the car and I refer people to Jim when ever they ask about purchasing a Subaru! More

Never been treated like this We visited a few times and test drove the Outback, Crosstrek, and Legacy. We were blown away by the level of customer service we received. From the receptionist to the coffee bar staff - everyone treated us with professional respect & excellent service. The sales staff were attentive and informative - no pressure - just very very helpful. They found the answers for every question I had and there were many. The finance person was clear and straight forward. Management was available and responsive. The price we paid was very fair - less than anything I could find online. This is what I want to experience with I make a very major and significant purchase. If you live in the area (or are shopping online) you really should check out Heuberger. Glad we did. More

Our first Subaru purchased from Heuberger, a 1994 Legacy L wagon, had accumulated 213,283 miles. No oil consumption between oil changes, 5-speed manual shift still fun to drive, and 32 mpg at last fillup. But my wife and I decided that it was time to get a newer car for my own day-to-day needs (my wife drives our second Subaru from Heuberger, a 2004 Legacy Outback wagon bought in 2004). POINT ONE - Subarus are extremely reliable. In my opinion, Subaru's boxer-four engine with symmetrical all-wheel-drive is the best-engineered powertrain in the automotive industry. The 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek 2.0i Premium that we just purchased from Heuberger was our third Subaru. POINT TWO - Heuberger's outstanding sales and service keep us coming back for every new car purchase. We initiated our inquiry about a new 2015 or 2016 Subaru via the Internet, which put us in touch with Ms. Karen Lovvorn, Internet Sales Manager for Heuberger. The special problem that we had with this purchase of our latest Subaru was that we could not make up out minds between another Outback wagon or an XV Crosstrek. Karen very patiently let us test-drive both models under city and highway conditions, and carefully pointed out the features and workings of each. She was extremely knowledgeable about the particulars of each model and asked a lot of questions of us to be sure that she understood our own automotive needs. She made car-buying from a dealer, which most people dread, a very enjoyable experience for us. POINT 3 - Karen Lovvorn is a great salesperson and spokesperson for Subaru and Heuberger. We feel very fortunate to have made her acquaintance, as well as to have purchased our new Crosstrek through her. More

Even after nagging Joey everyday and asking him question after question, Joey was always quick to respond and happy to help me. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process which made it incredibly easy and quick. I honestly couldn't of asked for a better person to deal with. Joey's service is top notch and because of that I will be dealing the Heuberger Motors for future purchases. Mark was also terrific with helping me with Financing. Great team those two.
