Love. It's what make Heuberger a great Subaru dealer. I owned a small car, and a large truck and was interested in consolidating their uses into a single vehicle. Based on my research and previous experience with Subaru, I wanted to look at the 2016 Outback. Upon entering Heuberger Motors, I was promptly and courteously greeted at the front desk who promptly got me set up with Arthur Tompkins to take a look at the Outback. Art was very knowledgeable about the product, and made me confident in his ability to answer any questions I may have. Based upon their inventory, only the 2.5i models were available to drive. After driving it I decided I could not make a decision without first driving the 3.6R variant. Art understood and did not try to pressure me into an available 2.5i in spite of 3.6Rs being more difficult to come by right now. As it turns out, the next day, a 3.6R (with EVERY option I wanted) became available. Upon driving it, I decided that this was the car for me, and we went in to make the deal. Art's professional and courteous manner, and Heuberger's pricing made this process extremely easy. We worked out my multiple trades and I drove home happy in my new 2016 Outback. The sales process would have been enough to make me happy, and the follow-on service from others at Heuberger, but particularly Art, really impressed me. In one of my trades I had left a CD (which is now out of print and difficult to find) in the drive which is located in the glove box. After discovering this a couple of weeks later, I contacted Art, who tracked down the disc, even having to go to another dealer to whom the car had been sold. I did not expect to ever see the CD again, but now have it because of Art's service that went well above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely buy from Heuberger, and particularly Arthur Tompkins, again. More

She is very responsive to her emails, text messages, and phone calls. I also worked with Mark from the finance department. Hilarious guy, very patient and straight forward with the paper work and documents. I received my paper work via FedEx next day air and was provided a prepaid return envelope to ship everything back. Lastly the parts team helped me out with the parts that I wanted to purchase. Very easy and simple transaction. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Very upfront about pricing and no last minute BS prices. More

We arranged to meet Karen via E mail and she took us to the car we thought we wanted, but after a few questions and a test drive, she suggested an Outback. We almost immediately noted that this was the vehicle for us. Karen gave us a great "no haggle" price that beat what Kelley Blue Book recommended and we drove off with our new vehicle a few hours later (it would have been immediately, but the vehicle wasn't yet physically on the lot. It had to be retrieved by the Heuberger team, which was done quickly and efficiently). Karen gave us straightforward info and helped us make a better decision. Can't say enough good things about her.
