Everyone was very straight up with the pricing of the vehicle, from Karen to the sales manager. The first quote I got was lower than anywhere in the country. Cannot trust service department This is the second time that I have made an appointment at Heuberger in which maintenance was not completed on time or incorrectly. We dropped off th This is the second time that I have made an appointment at Heuberger in which maintenance was not completed on time or incorrectly. We dropped off the vehicle at 8am, but they said it would not be ready until the afternoon because of repairs not finished on vehicles from the previous day. They called me at 4:44pm to tell me that they were just now starting the spark plug replacement. We decided to pick up the vehicle the following morning on Saturday since they already ruined our plans by taking so long on the services. Now, here's the problem. Every time I pick up my vehicle at Heuberger, I have to inspect it inside and out for cleanliness, damage, and to make sure things were put back right under the hood. As usual, the cover for the positive terminal on the battery was hanging loose, the vave clamp was loose on the air filter valve arm, and the air filter clips were not in place. I showed my advisor, Trey, but he really didn't care. You cannot have anything loose on the airintake system because that is a safety issue with the oxygen sensors. On another occasion, warranty work was performed on the window washer motor. I made an appointment for that since you have to for warranty work. Every one in Colorado Springs decided to come to Heuberger for services that day even though I had made my appointment 2 weeks in advance. The shuttle picked me up at 3pm from my house. The service department said that the work would be done soon after I arrived at the dealership. It wasn't. My husband kept asking me over the phone if he needed to pick me up and get the car the next day. The service department kept saying the work would be done soon. When it was finished, they said the work was completed. It started to rain as I drove away and guess what? The wipers did not work. I was pissed. The mechanic did not finish the job and the service department was now closed. I drove back the next day to have everything finished and new wiper blades installed for free. This time I only waited for 30 minutes. So now you know why I check everything before I drive away. I did find a great Subaru dealership in Houston, TX when I visit my mom. Gillman Subaru is great! It's just too bad they are nearly one thousand miles away! More

It was a great experience, and I am now a life long customer. No matter where I live I will travel to purchase from Heuberger. More

As another reviewer said, it was cheaper to buy the car, fly down to pick it up, and drive back to my own state (by a couple thousand) than it was to buy anywhere local, and frankly, the service through the buying process was better. The only minor quibble (and the -1 star for the dealership in general) was the paperwork guy (not John) who tried to employ guilt-tripping for extended warranty. That aside, is was a very good experience and I'm happy with the car. More

Actually, the local dealer refused to even go below MSRP, much less come close to Heuberger's incredible pricing. On top of saving a ton of money buying out of state through Heuberger, the sales team (especially January) were unbelievably helpful through the entire process. Not only would we recommend this dealer to someone, we also plan on buying the next car here for certain. Thank you again January and everyone at Heuberger. More

Vehicle was deliver to us in Durango CO in one day. Ryan did a terrific job handling all stages of the purchase and going over the car features. Mark Way handled the closing paperwork and gave us options for the loan and extended service agreement. We didn't plan to purchase the Subaru service agreement but he convinced us that it would pay-off in the long-run. We haven't purchased a new car for years and this was the best experience. More
