This Parts department has horrible customer service. I cane into the parts department on a number of occasions. I had purchased a used Subaru with body damage from a private party and needed a number of I cane into the parts department on a number of occasions. Every time I walked in I was ignored and had to stand there for a few minutes before anyone would even look up and acknowledge that I was there, much less, say hello. I don't mind if you are on the computer or phone but a simple "just a minute" or wave would be enough. I needed to have some fender connector pieces looked up that were not available on the online drawing and could barely get the guy to look them up. I wondered "Who would ever buy a car from these guys?" until I went to the service department where the employees there were all helpful, friendly and fantastic. More

Michael Wahl handled the closing paperwork and gave us options for the loan and extended service agreement. We didn't plan to purchase the service agreement but he convinced us that it would pay-off in the long-run. We'll see in seven years if it was needed and worth it. More

Our trade-in price ad purchase price were negotiated in advance with Nikole's help. She answered every question and concern we had promptly and accurately, and with a friendly smile and patience. On the day we actually came in, she spent the required time with us walking us through the documentation, and explaining why some details (e.g., social security numbers, which we don't like to hand out!) were needed. The trade-in value we got was what was promised, as was the price of the vehicle. She then showed us around the vehicle, spending as much time as was needed to explain the multitude of new buttons and settings the new and advanced Subarus have. Two hours after we left to drive back, I realized that one function was not working as advertized. I called her cell number, and she immediately responded telling me which button to push, and voila - the issue was resolved! Her in-depth knowledge, coupled with her personal friendliness and willingness to help make her an exceptional asset for Heuberger, and a pleasure for the customers. More
