Service is slacking and rates are going up. They started to charge extra fees for credit card uses. I had my Toyota oil change and tire rotation. They did the multi-point inspection. Last time I had this done at the same place, it was 20 Nov 2025, and it showed my tires tread depth 7, 7, 6, 6, and my brakes measurements 9 &9 for front brakes and 7 & 7 for rear brakes. I have not done anything to my vehicle since I had it serviced in Nov, except driving around. Yesterday (16 Jul 2025)I took my vehicle for the same service (oil change, tires rotation and multi point inspection). My tires and my rear brakes grew on their own (according to their inspection). Tires thread is 6, 6, 6, and 8. Rear brakes 8 and 8...go figure More

Customer beware , will advise young women of parts and services that’s needs to be done , and overprice them. I had cv axel services done and two diff advisers gave two diff quotes and then , when I got services that’s needs to be done , and overprice them. I had cv axel services done and two diff advisers gave two diff quotes and then , when I got the service done , my car was never checked in , nor updated and was told 5 hrs later the technician injured himself and the advisor forgot to check me in. Very unprofessional for the amount I dish out to this high end dealership for quality services. Scamming 2025 ! More

Rico Mack was my service manager when I recently took my 2020 Highlander in for service. He was attentive, courteous and other good adjective I can think of. I was told my wiper blades needed immediate attention. It stated on the multi-point inspection that the front wiper blades and back wiper blades failed. I refused this because I just had new wiper blades installed on the front and back. I questioned the service technician at the checkout counter and he stated the wiper blades failed and were recommended to be replaced because of my mileage. WHAT. This is ridiculous. Heyward Allen Toyota in Athens Service Department is scamming people. Telling their customers they need things replaced that they don't. Now I'm wondering if the filters they replaced for me actually needed to be replaced. My trust in this service department is gone. More
