Ripoff. Do not be tricked into buying the Toyoguard Platinum not worth it. I was surprised to learn today that my oil change for my 2019 Camry would be $93. I was told I paid for the "Extended Warranty" but not the "Extended Maintenance". Ridiculous how they falsely portray this when you're buying a car. $76 per month for two years for what exactly? Absolute trash and I'm disappointed in Toyota because they've made plenty of money, this foolery is so unnecessary. More

I received superior customer service from all of the staff members at Heyward Allen Toyota. My Service Writer Bryan was very friendly,helpful, and professional.
