Long waiting time for service. Maintenance Department extremely busy. Service appointment was scheduled for 10:15 am and maintenance plus transmission fluid replacement was not com Maintenance Department extremely busy. My suggestion is to provide customers with projected time of completion during initial check-in. That way customers can use the very convenient shuttle service to avoid sitting for long periods in waiting areas if service times exceed average projections. More

Stopped to make appt for warranty work. Was told I had to call for appt. walked out to truck and made appt by phone. Went back in to see if they had the part. I live 75 minutes from Athens. 3 trips for what they tell me is 35 minutes work to repair. Need a better system. Especially with $3.80 gas. More

Had an appointment at 9 am for 15,000 mile check up took 2 hours 20 minutes before car was completed. At 11 had. To ask what was taking so long.
