Just overall a great dealership to do business with. All staff are just super people. They are great communicators and everyone there does great work. I really like Heyward Allen, but I was unhappy to learn that the oil change prices have gone up significantly this year (up to $85-95 per) along with an ADDITIONAL $25 fee to dispose of the oil and filter? that the oil change prices have gone up significantly this year (up to $85-95 per) along with an ADDITIONAL $25 fee to dispose of the oil and filter?! I called to ask about this fee (which was not explained in the text message to accept) and found out that this is a standard fee for them. So, this means that a regular oil change is now over $100 each visit! Unacceptable. The first little sheet they handed me upon arrival which showed their prices compared to Pep Boys and another business was also misleading. I will re-think my regular service if we have, seemingly, gone back to the sad old days of dealership rip-off's. More
