Good morning. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. When it comes to body work in our collision center, there are several factors that can delay and prolong a repair. We are working with insurance, parts, paint, service, all together to make sure the repair is done properly. We understand the frustration in the time it takes to complete work but rest assured we are doing our best to complete your vehicle and get it back to you. We hope you will reconsider your review and understand we try to get your vehicle back to you but do not want to rush such detailed repairs.
