Love the rewards program, always a discount of some kind… based on previous service. Seems to be a turn over in most service reps but very nice and commendable. More

I scheduled an appointment for regular maintenance. While on the phone to schedule, I mentioned that I received a letter about a recall. The young lady told me that the fuel pump replacement could be done the same day. When I arrived, the service person told me that it couldn't be done that day. He told me it would probably be 3 weeks before they could schedule. I mentioned the letter said the car could stall while going down the road. The service man said, "Yes, it could." He was very nonchalant about this being a dangerous situation and would not try to get me an appointment sooner. I called another dealership and they made an appointment in 2 days to repair the recall. Heyward Allen just lost a long term customer. More
Great place to buy a car but good luck getting it serviced. I was just told they were changing to "appointment only" after driving 30 miles for an oil change. My daughter has already started driving to Gainesville because of the lack of service. Where it's serviced is where I'll purchase in the future. More

Here’s why I don’t take my car to Heyward Allen Toyota. After getting a factory recall notice, I made an appointment for the service. I got no less than 5 reminder emails, texts, and live phone calls to insure that I didn’t miss the appointment. Check in was unnecessarily delayed. 40 hours later I had not heard from them, so early the next morning I called. Was put on hold twice. Finally their representative said the car was ready (yesterday). You would have thought they could have emailed, texted, or called sooner. My local tire dealer provides a much higher level of customer service at better prices. More
