Overall my service was good. Jason is always great when I drop off for service. He keeps me well informed and always makes sure I am satisfied. Dean Bessire is the best! First time I came they were closing & he took my car in & checked for a trip. He drove it, racked it, told me what was wrong & made me an app. They fixed it & he drove it to closing & he took my car in & checked for a trip. I’ve been going to get my Yaris serviced at Heyward for about 2 years now. I’ve had some really amazing experiences but today was rocky. I came in with a coupon expecting to get an oil change, rotation, wi about 2 years now. I’ve had some really amazing experiences but today was rocky. I came in with a coupon expecting to get an oil change, rotation, wipers replaced, my fluids topped off, battery checked, and a multipoint inspection. I was greeted and checked in promptly, which I really appreciate! I explained that I would like everything on the coupon done so that I could use it. My service advisor this time was Dean but unfortunately I felt unheard many times during my visit. Initially only my oil was changed and I got the tire rotation. However, after speaking to the cashier, I was able to get everything I wanted to be done. I referred and brought my friend today as well to have her Carolla serviced and she was able to use a completely different and positive experience. Though I am beyond happy she had such a great visit, it was very discouraging to have yet another negative one. More
