Thank you for providing that information. You are absolutely right. It should never take you that long for your routine maintenance. Other customers have shared the same frustration and we have realized that we have outgrown our service department. Our ability to serve you in a timely manner is very important. We understand that and are in the process of a service department expansion that should break ground this summer. We hope that with the room to service more vehicles at one time we will be able to accommodate the volume of customers we have grown to. We apologize for the inconvenience we caused you on the 18th and appreciate the drive you make to do business with us and hope you won't give up on us just yet.
