I've already spoken to your General Manager, your Finance Manager and your Used Sales Manager. All of these people had a chance to make this right and they didn't. So your company is only interested in making things right after you get completely demolished online? Please tell me what your planning to do after you "look at my file" besides call and blow smoke up my a$$ again?
