Great service center. Clean and user friendly. Took longer than anticipated...bought 4 new tires & had oil changed. Appointment was at 8:45 on October 14. Did not finish until 12 noon. My Corolla needs a service but I can’t bring my car to the dealer since I have to be home for my grandson’s distanced learning for school. Missed my entire bow hunting season on Trey Mountain (UNACCEPTABLE!!) Had to get RUDE with staff to get finance dept to give me the paperwork to cancel my extended warranty and maintenance package. Tried to get Toyota to just buy back my truck for what it's worth minus the refund for warranty/maint cancelation, which seemed fair considering the trouble Toyota has caused me. They came back w a low ball offer proving to me that Toyota cares more about profit than customer satisfaction. Last year bought my wife a certified pre-owned Rav4, tires were completely dry rotten after 3k miles, service person shrugged his shoulders when I brought it up. Service dept wouldn't replace sensor recall on my truck bc they didn't want to unbolt the 6 bolts to take off my brush guard (SERIOUSLY!?). Infact everytime I deal with the service dept they seem to have the attitude that I am a problem they have to deal with more than a customer they should take care of. When I spend $75,000 in one month at a dealership I expect perfection! I was a die hard Toyota Owner but all of these experiences combined have caused me to loose faith in Toyota as a company. I am working on selling both of my Toyotas and look forward to buying new vehicles at one of Toyotas competitors. Toyota could earn my business back if they wanted to, but I fully expect them to choose profit over customer service again. More
