Went in on Monday morning with nail in tire as we bought tires there and have road hazard. No appointment. Very busy as you can imagine. Had us out in a little over an hour including a rotation. I had a great experience with sales last year and felt like I got good deal. However, I am trying to get an oil change and they can't schedule one for 7 days. Other Toyota dealers have quick oil change se like I got good deal. However, I am trying to get an oil change and they can't schedule one for 7 days. Other Toyota dealers have quick oil change services and you are done in 30 minutes. Something is seriously wrong with the service department at Heyward Allen and I will take that into consideration when purchasing a new Toyota. More
