Heyward Allen Toyota responded

Vickie, we repaired your vehicle in January of 2018. You brought the vehicle back to us in May of 2019, 17 months later, because of condensation you noticed on the tail lamps of the liftgate. During the repair process in our body shop, these lamps are removed and reinstalled in order to repair minor damage to the right side of the gate. The original damage was to the right rear quarter panel. We did go ahead and check out those lamps to make sure they were properly installed at our shop and found that the condensation you noticed was also in the tail lamp on the opposite side of the vehicle but not on the side that the repairs were made. We’ve since turned over the issue to our service department in an effort to get this resolved despite the unknown cause of the condensation. The issues is the taillight assembly. The seal is no longer sealed completely and the ultimate repair is to replace it. We’ve been in contact with Toyota and want to make this right. Our Service Manager, Joel Love, has tried to reach out ___(dates and times from Joel)___ but have not received a return call to remedy this. We do want to make sure this is fixed for you.
