Wait time is excessive My complaint is waiting for 2 1/2 hours. I had an apt. For my 50,000 mile check up. I also requested new wipers for my rear window and a new battery for my key clicker. When i arrived, there were quite a few cars waiting. I have no idea if all of these were apts. The technician was very nice but the wait time is awful. The waiting area and restrooms are clean but lawdy the wait time. More
Poor customer service. Poor experience at Heyward Allen Toyota last week, I put the review on the GMC Dealership and I apologize for this. I purchased 4 new tires back in A Poor experience at Heyward Allen Toyota last week, I put the review on the GMC Dealership and I apologize for this. I purchased 4 new tires back in August of 2018 at appox. $900.00, including rotation and road hazard. On Monday, April 1st my wife was driving on a two lane road and had to partially go off the road to avoid an oncoming box truck that had drifted over the yellow line. This resulted in her hitting a pothole and destroying the right front tire. On Tuesday morning I went over to the Toyota Service Department fully expecting to get a tire replacement. Well it seems that The Dealership doesn't make that call, they farm that out to some service that makes the decision. They determined that since she had to go "partially" off the road the road hazard would not apply. All this time I thought I was dealing with Heyward Allen Toyota, not some company that had no idea that I have been getting service there for 4 years and just had the oil changed and brake repair just the week before. The Service Manager was no help stating "well we don't make the tire" and "you still have to get a tire". My comment was yes but I won't pay you for it, just bring my car back around. I have replaced the tire at my cost and will never use them again. I really excepted better customer service but I was wrong. More

Mike was very personable in communicating with me the services that would be provided I always enjoy the service provided me at Heyward Allen Toyota. Mike was very personable in communicating with me the services that would be provided to me for my 24k mile check up. I was greeted in line by a very friendly attendant who answered all of my questions upon entering the Service Department. Upon completion of my service, Mike explained everything that had been completed in explicit detail and advised me as to when my next scheduled service would be due. It is a pleasure to do business with this Dealership. They epitomize Customer Service and their personnel in the Service department are truly assets to Heyward Allen. More
Service Department I did not have an appointment, but my car was serviced timely. Everything was serviced by the book just as the car care plan lays out. I payed nothing out of pocket as the car care service plan covered all expenses. I was treated with respect, and nobody tried to sell anything extra to me. Everyone who I spoke to was friendly. More
Overall impression Courteous service, clean comfortable waiting room, professional service. Came in without an appointment only waited about 1 hour.. Everyone is very friendly and eager to satisfy. The only reason I didnt give price 5 stars is because everything is too expensive these days but that's not This dealers fault. It's just a fact of life.So far I've purchased 3 vehicles here and will more than likely purchase my next truck here also. More

Great service as always I’ve been using Toyota for years now. Quick, friendly service and I love that they offer a shuttle. I can easily drop off my car and go to work while I’ve been using Toyota for years now. Quick, friendly service and I love that they offer a shuttle.
