Amazing Customer Service I have used Heyward Allen quite frequently this year, mainly due to having issues with my car that were repeating themselves. By the time I got to Jas I have used Heyward Allen quite frequently this year, mainly due to having issues with my car that were repeating themselves. By the time I got to Jason, I was distraught and frustrated, although the customer service had been wonderful up to this point, Jason just made it feel as if it was on a more personal level. He not only got under the hood and showed me what I was looking at, he showed me everything that his staff had done with the car already and that everything was indeed alright. Hateful and rude Worst service that I've ever had at a Toyota dealership ever! I've driven Toyotas for over 20 years & have never had anyone treat me with such hatred. My parents had just had an accident & were released from the hospital. My dad is on oxygen, has lung cancer, & a fractured rib. All I needed was to leave the car, ask if they had rentals & arrange one if they had one available. In his condition I needed to get them home ASAP. We were an hour away from home. In trying to ask questions on their services, I was responded to with rolling eyes & a hateful disrespectful attitude. I've driven my last Toyota! More
